From the moment of the collision, Mark Molsbee and his office staff were unresponsive, unhelpful, unapologetic, and did everything they could to avoid taking responsibility and to make the process as difficult as possible. After their insurance company denied the claim, they stopped responding entirely, forcing us to file an uninsured motorist claim with our own insurance.
