They limit the amount of trash you can place out for pick up then charge you an extra fee per bag after limit. This past Wednesday, they skipped my house and when I had called to ask them to come get it Cody had apologized and said he would come pick it up Thursday. Now Thursday, Cody calls me and says he's not coming to pick it up until next Wednesday. And to just pile my garbage bags next to my house. (I live in the country where raccoons and opossums tear bags open) | explained to him that my development won't allow me to pile trash outside of my home. He got EXTREMELY RUDE on the phone cussing at me, then proceeded to block my phone number. My Fiancé called him and he got extremely rude with her as well saying " bitch it's not my issue." Update: After posting a review he called me saying He said he would come get it but there will be a fee. So either way, I have to pay him to come out and get something that he should have gotten the first time. Or face being fined by my housing development. As a small business owner myself, if I make a mistake I bend over backwards to accommodate and fix the issue and most definitely would not charge someone to fix a mistake that I had made. My previous experience with Operation Clean I rented a dumpster and experienced no issues at all. But now I feel like I'm being taken advantage of and have to pay him to do a job he was already paid to do. Now: March 2024 Still leaves garbage bags in the bottom of my trash can. I confronted him and told him while he was still on site that there was still garbage in my can. He said the bag is ripped and he won't take it because as soon as he goes to pick it up it will be all over the place. I had explained to him it's ripped because he hasn't taken the bag in the last 3 weeks, Or the trash bags underneath. I picked the bag up to show him it will still contain the garbage inside. He clearly aggravated got out of the truck and snatched the bags out of the can. While he was throwing it in his dumpster, a bag caught the dumpster and ripped dumping the contents all thru the parking lot. He yelled " I told you the bags would fu**ing rip. I told him that he needs to clean it up and provided him with garbage bags to put the garbage into then went in the house. A few hours later I noticed there was still garbage all infront of the mailbox's where people walk every day. Update: today 2 weeks later.. he rips a bag in my garbage can and instead of dumping the can into his dumpster or leaving the loose trash in my can and closing the lid that is mounted to the can, he ignorantly flips the can over and empties the contents into my front yard. Today the wind is significant and causing trash to blow thru out my yard. Operation Clean LLC. Is not very clean to say the least. They employ people who have zero regard for the client. And the sad part is over the last 2 years, Cody and Tom have threatened me, got in my face, called my fiancé and myself names, which have resulted in multiple calls to local law enforcement. Cody and Tom are unstable and unpredictable. People I definitely would not want in my home.

Since my borough stopped picking up glass curbside, I save the glass in a box, and when I have three boxes or so, I make a trip here to dump it into the bins for recycling. It's easy to do, and is close by to places I shop at anyway (just a few minutes from Trader Joe's for example). Help the environment by recycling glass and keep it out of landfills ... Cheers!!
