Once in that area another worker patiently provided insight into good beginner rods. I was informed that I could test out the rod for up to 60 days and if I didn't like it I could bring it back. The plug end of the solar panel charge cable seperated causing the camera to not work/charge, no physical damage what so ever. I still had my receipt and all of the original packaging. I simply went in the store to swap the camera with the same model. I didn't want a refund, just wanted the same camera. I was only able to speak to a cashier about it who then went and spoke to a "gun manager". What I was told was "since the camera had been used they would not replace or refund"(camera is only 2 weeks old and still new condition) and that I would have to contact the manufacturer to see if they would send me a new solar panel with charge cable. I am so sick an tired of businesses like this selling products and if/when you have any problem with it "oh well you're SOL because you used the product that you paid money for, go figure it out yourself".
