I'm extremely disappointed with American Threads online and the quality of their clothing. I purchased an item for $170 that literally ripped after only a couple of hours of normal wear, which is completely unacceptable for the price point and brand image they promote. What's even more frustrating is the lack of customer service afterward. Instead of standing behind their product or offering any kind of replacement or refund, they refused to help resolve the issue. A company that truly values its customers would take responsibility when a product clearly fails almost immediately. I wanted to support this brand, but after this experience, I won't be shopping here again. Buyers should be aware that the quality may not match the price, and customer satisfaction does not seem to be a priority. read more

Stopped in at American threat and was a little bit perplexed on what I should pair with an off white and brown cowgirl skirt that I bought myself. Thank God, I ran into Alex at American threads. She helped my blender go to fashionista. I would've never picked out the tops that she picked up for myself to try on. She is definitely a keeper at your store. I did purchase one item that she chose for me. It is a brown like cinched at the waist. it cuts off a little bit deep at the arm, but it feels so incredibly soft and I think it's gonna look amazing with my cowgirl skirt. This company is a SCAM! Do not order from here. They sent me a dress that was heavily fragranced, I returned due to a bad fit, unworn, tags on, and they said they wouldn't accept the return because it smelled of fragrance. I can't stand fragrance and don't use any products with fragrance. I also never wore the dress. Their customer service was SO rude and awful. They are running a scheme as many reviews are saying the same thing. read more

American threads is a woman's clothing store located in the extremely popular Disney springs outlet mall and entertainment district. Stopped in here with my teenage daughter and even her as a young teenager with no understanding of money said "this place is insane for the prices". Most of the clothes she checked out was pretty plain and generic but did not carry average pricing. Overall it was a quick stop in this shop when the daughter made a probably smart decision to spend her money on more noteworthy and adorable items. read more

When you try to order a dress online, they automatically refund your account for no reason, cancelling the order. There is NO customer service number to call. If you call a store, the girls are useless. You can't even order a dress from one of their stores. The whole business is an unprofessional joke. read more

I purchased a dress from here and when it arrived it was too small. Returned it with tags still attached promptly. After several weeks, received an email that they are returning the dress and will not refund because there are stains. I literally tried it on once and don't wear make up! They did attach pictures of the "stains" but I don't even see any in the pictures. I would attach the pictures here if I could. The dress was $130! I should have read reviews first because they have terrible reviews, lesson learned. read more

I purchased a full price dress while on vacation in Orlando in person at the American Threads store. Upon returning to SD (we have no locations near us), I decided to return this dress. Tags are still on, never worn and have receipt. The in store manager was rude and said they cannot accept something mailed to them I'd have to return online. After 3 emails and one week later (as there is no customer service phone number), I was instructed because it was an in store purchase it has to be returned IN THE STORE. I called the store manager back and again was told they cannot return it unless I am there in person. Again, I live in SD. I will never purchase anything from them again read more

This is a cute store with reasonable prices. It's like flowy plain tops or floral designs or stripes. Very trendy with the classy bohemian look thatbis popular right now. Prices are very reasonable with tops ranging from $19-29 on average. Staff greeted me warmly upon entry and showed me to a fitting room when I wanted to try on a tank top. It's in the Disney Springs shopping area close to AMC under the covered walkway where Kate Spade and a few other shops are. The prices are right and there are some really cute items inside - quality is on par with H&M. read more

This store is amazing! I was at Disney Springs and passed by this store a few times and always loved the store front display. I will admit that I did not initially walk in because I thought the prices were going to be outrageous. I finally walked in yesterday because of a beautiful colorful dress I saw on display in the window. To my shock the dress was on $59.99! I went in and tried a few pieces on and fell in love. Their dresses fit like no other, beyond flattering for my body type and makes you feel super sexy! The young ladies helping me were very attentive and even helped me accessorize with a really cute belt. They prepared a fitting room for me while I was shopping and I never had to hold all of my clothing while walking around. Plus they carry Quay sunglasses my favorite! BTW I bought the black silk dress and colorful dress in the picture I attached! Sooooo cute. I will definitely be shopping here again soon! read more

Happen to walk by this store and loved the window display so decided to go in, happy we did. I'm usually very picky and try on 10 things and leave with nothing. I actually found 4 things I loved and had to have. The staff was very friendly especially the girls in the fitting room! The girls were even friendly enough to show me and help me with zippers and strings and how to tie the infinity romper! I'm very excited to know there is a location in Austin as well. Definitely will be shopping here again. read more

Located in Disney Springs Town Center, this is the first American Threads store in Florida. Most of their locations are in Georgia. I've never heard of the brand before, but from the outside the cothing looked cute so I went in to check it out. They seem to have a slight bohemian vibe going on. Lots of loose, flowy dresses tops, dresses and skirts. And everything seemed to be patterned. This is not a place you would go to pick up everyday wardrobe staples. I was impressed that the prices don't seem too bad for for a boutique at Disney Springs and the quality seems decent. I picked up a casual summer dress for $37. It'll be interesting to see how often they change out their inventory and if they bring in any heavier fall/winter pieces later in the year as right now everything they have seems to be summer wear. read more

The staff here were incredible. They were all very sweet and attentive. I've had a hard time buying clothes lately because I've gained some weight but they were super helpful and encouraging. I feel horrible that I can't remember the girl's name who was helping me the most but she had teal hair. She got to know me and based off of things I was pulling she started pulling things for me as well. I even ended up going home with one of her selections! We shopped there today with my teenage daughter and her friends. The clothes are super cute, but the manager has a horrible disposition and treated the girls like thieves. She watched them like hawks, but never once offer to help them or offer other sizes because she had already made her mind up about who they were. I have to tell you, this store definitely looked like it was for 20 somethings, but I walked out with this green coat tonight that I loved. What made the difference? The two sales people that were working tonight. They were helpful, complementary and I didn't feel for a minute that I was in the wrong store. Definitely my favorite store. I love all the clothes they have and they might be a little pricey but you can find some really nice stuff there. It's fun to save up your money for a while and then go on a huge shopping spree there. you can find clothes for all seasons it's amazing! and the employees are the best part they help you find everything and they are so sweet! if your changing they will write your name down in front of your room and ask if your doing ok and need any other clothes or different sizes. i definitely recommend. it's what i always look forward to when I go to florida. read more
