You know I have to say this I read reviews on here quite a bit especially when I'm sitting here at a establishment. I was in the waiting room with mrs.g and everything she is saying is wrong and not quite right. She was being very rude to everyone the whole time and giving dirty looks. And her child couldn't be more annoying. Obviously her parenting skills are in question. My vehicle was done after hers and I didn't see one time any of the employees being rude to her in anyway. They were polite to each and everyone who walked in. Just because she was in a bad mood and her husband thinks he is a mechanic or whatever she thought everyone there was wrong. Well the mechanics there have never done anything wrong to me or my vehicle. And they always give the best prices possible. Mrs.g no one is your bitch or there to be treated like crap because your feel your entitled to something. I'm glad I got on here and read your shitty review for people who have done nothing but be professional and sweet to everyone they talk to. Hope you get karma where it is due. I give this place 5 stars. The manager Daniel can keep doing what he is doing and taking care of people who appreciate them. Today I called around to price for two tires to go on my car. I called 7 different shop for the tire brand that I have which is Firestone and they all wore to steep in price or I had to pick different tires. However, when I called the American Tire Depot to get a quote, I was greeted by sales person representative U. Gutierrez. She was so awesome at her job. She made my request possible on the budget that I need to say in and I was able to get same day service as well. Needless to say I was happy about the services so far. Four o'clock came around and I when to the store on 7600 Rosedale hwy for my appointment. When I got there I was greeted by the store manager for that day named Francisco. He was great at recognizing my concerns and was very informative in his job, confident, comfortable, and very pleased To talk with. I also had the opportunity to chat with Robert A. The personal that did my tires and he was funny, and sweet. He had this antique sound box that was cool which made this visit even more personal. I'm happy to say my service experience was awesome and I would recommend as well see them again in the future for more services as my car needs it. I had an excellent experience at American Tire Depot! Austin and Mario were both incredibly friendly and helpful. I had called around to a few shops, and they offered the best deal for my wheel alignment, thanks to a special promo they had going on. Austin was great about working with my schedule--he set up my appointment for 5:30 pm, even though I didn't get off work until 5:00 pm. They assured me they could get it done in 30 minutes, but to my surprise, they completed the job in under 20 minutes! Unlike other places I called, like Big Brand Tires, who said it would take an hour and didn't seem as flexible, Austin and Mario were super accommodating. It felt like they genuinely cared about providing good service without rushing through the job. Mario also explained that there was a 3-month warranty on the alignment, so if I had any issues, I could come back and they'd take care of it. So I have been coming to this location for as long as I have had my truck, they have always been good to me and my wife and her cars. Today was the first time I have been helped by Daniel but I am glad he was there, very knowledgeable and very professional. Not to mention he honored my coupon and also got me in for a same day appointment and I was in and out in under an hour might have even been 30mins was talking with Daniel and Sam didn't even seem like was in there that long. Erik the tech who serviced my truck was on it like I said seemed like I was only in there for 15mins was so quick. I have taken my truck here for the entire time I have owned it, in addition we have bought new tires for both vehicles here, never had a need or want to go anywhere else. This place is hands down the best place to get your tires and other automotive needs I came in for a flat repair and little did I know all my tires had un even ware due to my shocks and struts David and his team took their time and showed me how and why this was happening to my tires. David explained to me that because of my vehicles mileage this should not be happening. They installed four tires at an awesome price and also did a full inspection on my vehicle so I contacted my dealer and now my car has to be taken in so they can fix the issue. I really liked the fact that they did not try and sell me the service and they were straight up honest With me I will continue to come here for my tires and other repairs in the future and will DEFINITELY recommend all my friends and family. read more

I came in to the store Monday cause I had a nail in one of my tires. Well unfortunately it was not repairable. The manager Daniel informed me that I would need to replace the tire due to the fact the nail was to close to the side wall. Daniel was very nice, he even walked me around my car and did a complete tire inspection, he what looked like measured my tire tread and pointed out that my front tires and wearing improperly due to my alignment.he mentioned there was a buy 3 get one free on tires and a $20 off coupon for a alignment. So I got new tires and my alignment done and my car seems to be driving better then when I first drove in, I'm very happy and pleased with the type of service I was given. I bought 4 new tires at American Tire Depot. The service was very professional. I was referred to American Tire Depot because of there good quality of work and tires. Daniel K was very helpful is showing me what I needed for my car. They install all 4 tires and aligned them all in 1 hour. I also asked Daniel to check on my Outer Tie Rod ends. He was very thorough in telling me what was needed to fix the problem I was having. I was very impressed with the work they did for me. I took my 2004 Tahoe in for a small leak that I thought was power steering fluid, Austin, Ricky and their team tracked it down to my water pump which was under warranty still and fixed it no questions asked. I feel incredibly blessed and thankful for their expertise and professionalism. They don't miss a thing! I have been to American tire depot a few times now and each time I have not been disappointed. Their customer service is amazing and their work is just as fantastic. This last time I came in because I could not keep air in one of my tires. David helped me and found a staple in it. He looked at all four of my tires, and recommended new ones because of he wear on them. He made sure to walk me through each step that he was taking, making sure to explain it to me so I knew what he was doing and why. Walked in to american tire depot this morning on rosedale hwy and got a very warm welcome from who i would think would be the manager of this place Felix is very kind and geniune person true prfoessional .. he beat every other competitors price as he promised over the phone and even included insurance on my tires. Turns out i needed to have a full brake job on my vehicle. He explained why showed me and even asked to speak to my husband to get full approval. This morning I arrived here for an internet scheduled appointment to have 4 tires replaced. Daniel informed me that the tires were not available and would not be for another week. His professionalism and customer service is the only thing that saved this sale today for this branch. My granddaughter had a pickup truck come around a corner on her side of the road and had to swerve up onto the sidewalk to avoid being hit. Needless to say it really messed up the alignment on her car. We brought it in without an appointment and were assured they could get to it very shortly. I originally went to the American Tire Depot on New Stine. All I needed was to get my flat fixed, and possibly get a new tire. I was turned away with an hour before closing and really was treated terribly. I called American Tire Depot on Rosedale Hwy, and they welcomed me with open arms. Bobby was great! Excellent!! I called and spoke with Darin Massey to get a quote on tires. The price was great and better than everywhere else I had gotten a quote from. So, I had them do an wheel alignment and the tires. Darin, Allen and all the service techs were friendly and knowledgeable.
