I made appointment to take my company car there which they have serviced before so as soon as I was there and handed over my wheel info to him he almost got upset and said you just can't walk in here and hand it over to me this takes alot of time to submit and get approved . Do it or tell your company not to accept it . Then their coffee machine was not working I mentioned that to the same guy he worked on it probably fixed it but never told me as a normal courtesy that it is fixed and enjoy the coffee . Two stars are for the guy who checked me out . Not going there again . May be he was having a rough day , I get it but please be courteous to your customer specially who has brought his personal and company vehicle to you many times in the past and you saw it . I'm glad I didn't buy the tires there and I wish Costco did alignments. Was told I needed aftermarket products to get the alignment back in shape. I put the photo of the alignment test into Claude AI and asked if this diagram represented $1400 worth of work. And Claude came back as the work would be unnecessary and overly aggressive. I think in this day and age the shops might want to rethink their business models. Update: Best customer service out there, I let them know of any issues and they are quick to take corrective action and get me back on the road. Original: Friendly service and they can diagnose and fix a lot of problems. I've have a lot of repairs and tire replacements done here. One down side is every time I get an oil change the next day my splash guard under the car comes loose and drags. I don't know what happens to all of the fasteners but I have to buy new ones because only one or 2 of the 15 are still on the car. Has happened on 3/3 oil changes thus far. read more

I got tires from another Les Schwab a couple weeks ago. I am traveling for the 4th. Upon driving my tire pressure light popped on. I went to a gas station and checked my tires. I called this store and he said come on by. All they did was check the pressure and filled up a tire. I noticed a small nail in my tire. The mechanic said sorry we're closing we can't fix it. Where is the level of customer service they stand on???!!! (I understand everyone wants to enjoy the long weekend) I have to travel the grapevine and could have had further issues. This place is a disaster, took my flat tire to get replaced with a new tire and the person who worked on it scratched my rims by the time I noticed it, it was closed and reported it to the manager on Monday regarding my issue and said to send him photos so I did and then tells me I can't make a decision I have to report it to claims and so I filled up a form and from there they contacted me they need pictures so I sent pictures to the claims department and they sent me a letter how sorry they can't do anything about my claim because it's wear and tear and it was the first time getting tires replaced, if you have a nice car with nice rims don't take it to this place because they obviously don't care about customers cars and don't take any accountability for it, very unprofessional place I paid good amount of money to get my rim damage from this stupid pathetic place. When doing a claim they are doubtful so be aware of this place all they are good is taking the money but no accountability if your vehicle gets damaged. Don't take your car here. read more

Today was one of those days. Went to work. Lunchtime I headed out to my car to find my tire completely flat. I struggled changing it to the spare donut and headed down to Les Schwab for help. Not only were they able to repair the tire complimentary at no charge but they put back the spare and equipment I had used to change it in the first place! Thank you to the entire team. Not great, but not bad. A little pricey considering you can get the parts for half the price as what Les charges. Took my classic in for some shocks...took 2 days because they got the wrong ones. However, no one ever called to tell me the car was finished and left the shop with scuffs on my new tires and grease all over the fenders. The place does have a nice waiting area and the customer service is friendly. Every time, when we needed help either learning to reset tire pressure gauge, or tire check, we always come over here for service. I had a flat and went in Thursday morning for repair, they fixed it free of charge within 20 minutes! So, needless to say, I knew that my front tires were needing to be replaced, so I inquired. The tire prices are super reasonable. I previously thought that they charged more for their tires, but just letting you know, their prices are better than Sam's club. With an 80k warranty and at $153 (approximately) each, it was a steal. I spent almost $100 more at Sams Club (they charged approximately $440 something), and here, I was out the door at around $340. Super happy with how the service went, and everything was done within the hour. Totally recommend. A good tip would be - call beforehand to see what the total wait time would be. That way, you can plan your day ahead. They also take reservations for days, but for the day of, best to call ahead. read more

DO NOT BRING ANY EUROPEAN CARS HERE!!! I attempted to get an alignment at this location and I was told they were unable to. I was informed I needed to take my car to a dealership for my vehicle. I am aware my European car is difficult to service and requires extra work. Despite this, I've never had an issue servicing my car. For this reason, I figured scheduling with a car chain company would have the tools to perform the task on my car. I scheduled an appointment online and it was easy. An hour before my appointment the manager, Wes, to tell me it could not be done. I've had the appointment for 3 days. I called back and asked for an explanation. Wes then proceeded to tell me they can't due to the weight and incorrect tools. I tried to get a clear answer out of him. It was hopeless. The whole conversation was very disrespectful and lacked any customer service. As I work in customer service, I understand becoming frustrated with work and a rude comment may slip out to the customer. Miraculously, Wes managed to belittle me as he responded with rude comments and complete disregard for any of my questions. I hung up due to feeling completely ashamed I every assumed this would be a good company. I will never bring my service ever again. The first man who answered the phone was nice to me which is for the 1 star.
