Service was friendly all around and their price was great for a full weekend. Diesel at the gas station across the street with a clean pull around to a light facing their business makes refueling on the trailer before drop off no hassle. They are so close to my house and this was so easy, I don't see myself renting equipment anywhere else going forward.

The owner of the business is very rude and I have not had a single interaction with his that was not insulting. I could deal with the rudeness if they had good equipment but they do not. I've had issues with every rental I've gotten, its all rusting, in disrepair, and old. I've actually had to take back one item because it was leaking oil all over my clients driveway. They didn't apologize or give me a discounted rate even thought it took me 2 hours to bring it back and have them fix it while i was renting it for a day. unfortunately there isn't much to choose from around Swansboro but If you don't mind the drive I would highly recommend just going to Home Depot in Jacksonville where they have much better tools, in great condition, and outstanding customer serviced.
