He found no termite activity and said the stair damage was from wood rot/water damage. Outstanding integrity....I called thinking I had mice in my attic. The owner told me I didn't need an exterminator, that I should just buy traps!! However, I had no interest in setting traps and then dealing (or looking at) dead mice. So he sent out Sal to deal with my issue. Was looking for a company to set up the quarterly pest control and just had Troy and Trevor here doing the initial pest service and Troy also did a termite examination. Trevor did a very thorough job throughout the house spraying, cleaning cobwebs in the house, attic and crawl space. He discussed with me everything he was looking for and the treatment. While he was doing that Troy was looking in crawl space and garage for active termite activity and was extremely thorough. He did a great job, too good as he found evidence of active termite tubes. Was able to set up having him come back out in a few days to mitigate the current tubes, he explained to me what he's going to do and what it does. contacted them bc my daughter (20) and her friends in their apartment (which doesn't allow pets, but they have a cat!) is overrun with fleas. After several flea bombs from the likes of Lowe's and CVS... still no good. Protekt does not service apartments for obvious reasons for tenants. However they responded within a few minutes with a recommendation for the girls to try. So, I ordered it from Amazon. Even if it doesn't work, definitely appreciate the help and fast response. I hate bugs, but these folks don't mind helping me out with that. They were able to schedule me in relatively quickly and, when I got home, they were already in the crawl space spraying down the creepy crawlies (or at least spraying to keep them out). Very quick, very friendly. He even walked around the exterior and knocked down webs. Being that the eight-legged kinds are my least fave, this was HUGE to me.
