Everyone we interacted from this company has been such a pleasure we miss seeing them now that our project is complete on time. Design- Our design excellently blends into our overall property and it really elevates our smallish yard. For our requests to revise or samples of material, Tony worked hard to ensure we had many options that would work with our vision. During certain points we just followed Tony's advice. Execution- A great design needs to be executed by the right workers and NOVA LC certainly does have amazing workers. The workers carried out the design better than the design on paper. We had a specific diagonal pattern on our patio and the workers laid out the pieces multiple times to ensure the design was right. Tony also visited the worksite daily, sometimes multiple times in a day to ensure progress. When things was rescheduled, Tony or his project manager kept us posted on when things will happen. The workers are always courteous and kept the job site pretty organized and clean; they minimized the impact on us living there. Price- NOVA LC is definitely a great value. If you are looking for the lowest price then this company is not for you. If you are looking for something that lasts a long time and stays high quality then definitely give them a call. Overall- NOVA LC works very hard to make sure customers are completely satisfied with the outcome. We LOVED them and want to recommend to all our friends.

We then patiently waited from mid-October2024 to mid-March 2025 without any work being done. Mid-March we received multiple notices that our Pruning had been scheduled only to be canceled the day the work was to be performed. A series of unsuccessful phone calls and emails ensued trying to get the Pruning as defined in the contract done. Finally Blue Ridge emailed us that they were unwilling to meet the terms of their proposal / contract. This whole situation has been very frustrating as Spring blossoms have appeared and the five-month window for Winter Pruning has come and gone. We don't know if Blue Ridge didn't honor their contract because we are only a small residential job, they were over committed with bigger jobs or because we are elderly and they thought we could be taken advantage of. Eitherway, we found Blue Ridge to be unreliable and their president's signature on the proposal is totally worthless

The work is excellent, and the design ideas are consistent with the area and wildlife. Some folks want pretty ornate stuff that simply doesn't work in NOVA unless they are willing to nurture it. Why take away stars when the guy tells you it won't work? Anyway, been using them for a few years, never had a problem, and they are more on top of the schedule than I am. Sometimes, rain delays occur, which backs up the whole system, so being a little understanding of that, no need to take away stars. Highly recommended!
