I was not disappointed. There were a few customers ahead of me, so there was a wait of about 10 minutes. Once I got to the counter the clerk was able to help me and give me some additional useful information. He was friendly, knowledgeable and brought up helpful information for my project. The part that I purchased has a lifetime replacement warranty as long as I keep the receipt. The parking lot was full when I arrived, and the space is a rather tight. I had to wait a moment for another truck to get out of the way before I could park. However there are ample additional spaces behind the building where you may park. If you are a do it yourself or, this is a great place to know about. I'm sure I save quite a bit of money not having to bring in a repair man for a house call. The price I paid for the part is comparable to what I found over the Internet had I ordered it online. I will be sure to remember this place for any other appliance repair needs!

The men from Direct Source ran a diagnostic program and found it needed a new heating coil. It was ordered and then replaced and my dishes are so much cleaner. I am very happy. So when I had an issue with my clothes washer I asked for Direct Source again. They were able to fix it quickly and with no parts needed. I highly recommend this service. They are nice people and know their stuff!
