The man told him he would have to look it up and call my husband back. He did not call. The next day, my husband called again and had to leave a message. He knew exactly why I was calling. I insisted he call me back as soon as he was done with his customer. Instead, my husband receives an email stating we were getting a refund. These people are also dangerous, as they also told LG, the stoves manufacturer, that they had NOT found any leaks after checking every valve, even though they never moved the stove to take anything apart. They never showed up when they were scheduled to and yet they decided to close the ticket and label their job as "complete," without a valid explanation. This made sure LG paid them for wasting my family's time while doing absolutely nothing to solve the issue. Then, they had the audacity to want to fix my father's washer, as if nothing had happened.
