They recovered a chair that belonged to my grandmother. It is just beautiful. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend them.

About 2 years ago, we bought a double recliner set, with a console. We paid for the additional…read morewarranty. (That was a joke). The left side of the recliner works fine, but the right side has always been "sticky", meaning sometimes it is hard to open, and sometimes your legs shoot up quickly. It does not show a lot of wear, but internally, it is worn out it creaks, and whoever sits on it, is sitting on a slant. it is uncomfortable, to say the least. I have made over a dozen calls and emails, which have either ignored, or I was promised they would send someone out, which has never happened. The last review I left, the manager asked under (the review) for me to call him. I HAVE CALLED MULTIPLE times. They own their website, so any reviews can be easily be removed by management, which has now been done twice! Since owning this sofa, I now suffer from Sciatica, and have been seen by my doctor, Physical Therapists, and now a chiropractor. I have been told by medical professionals that it IS POSSIBLE for sciatica to develop from sitting on an uneven surface! If you do buy from these people, keep a log of phone calls. I had to go to my telephone provider to get a list of calls to Farmers Home Furniture, and luckily they were able to give it to me. Anyone know a good lawyer? Our Two seater recliner with a center console was AS FAR from a good value as a person could possibly get! It still looks good but does not "SIT RIGHT"! STAY FAR AWAY FROM FARMERS!

I worked with a woman named Tomeka, and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helpful…read morewith my questions. I'd definitely buy from her again. Thank you!

I have purchased Mocha Shaker style cabinets made by this company through an online retailer for my…read morebathroom remodeling project. The color of the cabinets is a beautiful dark red that is difficult to find elsewhere, especially in the clean Shaker style. Shipping was reasonably quick after the order was placed. This is where the list of positives end for me. Issues: 1. There are numerous faults in the finish; not one of the cabinets I received has a perfect finish. 2. The ready-to-assemble cabinets were far more difficult to assemble than similar cabinets I purchased from a different manufacturer for another bathroom because parts did not fit together well (measurements were sloppy). In a drawer cabinet base, my husband had to re-position drawer hardware for us to be able to even just close all the drawers. (No, moving them around did not help at all; we tried that, too.) The three drawers are still not evenly spaced, not even close, but at least all three of them can slide into the cabinet all the way and are usable. 3. The sink base cabinet is made in a way that, used at the end of a row of cabinets, an unfinished piece pokes out to the side and the unfinished surface is highly noticeable. 4. The ready-to-assemble cabinets are not nearly as well packed as the other cabinets I bought from a different manufacturer. The packaging for the single assembled cabinet I bought is the worse I have ever seen: a triangular cabinet was shipped in a square box without any filling material or reinforcement whatsoever. 5. The most upsetting part: When I needed to order an additional, small cabinet, the company refused to ship by FedEx or UPS--both would have done it for a reasonable price--and insisted that an under $200, 18.6 lbs, 36" X 17" cabinet that would be maybe 3" deep in a flat-pack must be shipped by freight, on a pallet, with lift gate delivery, and insured to $5,000. The retailer notified me that the shipping cost is $166 for this one item. It cost me more to get his one, light item shipped than it cost me to ship all the other cabinets for an entire bathroom (and that's after the retailer gave me a $50 credit towards shipping this item). IKS claims that they must ship anything over 30" by freight or it will get damaged en route. If they really had many damaged pieces before, it must be because of the way they package their merchandise--the worse I have ever seen (and I bought quite a bit of furniture online, including mirrored cabinets and also frameless mirrors, and received them without the slightest damage, whipped by FedEx or UPS). So if you ever order IKS cabinets, be very sure to get everything you need all at once or you'll be forced to pay astronomical shipping rates for the extras. My new bathroom looks pretty nice but I am not at all happy with the experience.
