When it failed they would not take it back. I called the manufacturer and they sent me a refurbished unit. I took them the unopened refurbished unit back and they still would not take it back. Would not even offer store credit for it. Poor customer support. Sad to see, it is a nice store. Their customers are mostly tourists and they simply don't care about them.

This included wrapping an unwieldily, big gift box that contained a number of items for a housewarming. She gave us first-class service and still attended to other customers who were shopping. CLUTTER BUG A few…read moreyears back, I really liked shopping in this store. Now, I just think that it needs a makeover. It is dated and cluttered. Their stock is not really displayed in a meaningful way and today I found myself just walking in and walking out because I did not want to "deal" with the mess. This store has become the unrefined country cousin for the other stores that sell and display elegant to everyday kitchen wares in the same center. They really need to update the store so as to create more interest and eventually more traffic. The one thing that they shouldn't change, is their customer service. Customer service here is great and the ladies are always friendly and helpful. They deserve to have a store that makes them proud.
