I really appreciate that they got me in the same day for my cat. Dr. H was concerned and helpful in treating her.

No chaos, no packed waiting room, no rushed appointments where you feel like you're on a conveyor belt. It's a husband-and-wife team, and you can feel that difference immediately. There's a level of care and attention that's hard to find, especially since we mainly reside in the Bay Area. They only schedule about two weeks out, which, at first, completely threw me and I was pissed by the inconvenience. I was used to booking way in advance and felt mildly panicked about it. But now I get it. That boundary is exactly what allows them to stay present, not overbook, and give each patient the time they deserve. The space is clean, easy to access, plenty of parking and best of all, it's not crowded. No line of stressed-out dogs and overwhelmed humans. We intentionally plan our dogs' vaccines and routine care around being in the area so we can come here. That's how worth it it is.

When i called back to see if i could get a new puppy appt she ughd again said flat out No we cant help you and hung up on us a second time Ive read other reviews experiencing the same behavior. Whomever they have on the phones should be Fired or at the very least removed from the phones until they receive the most basic etiquette and behavior training

The Dr. is brisk and had other appointments to keep . She had a booked schedule. , and unfortunately, because of my pets a woman had to wait in the lobby for an extra 20 or so minutes. They did what they could to appease her. I felt bad for her. After they helped her, they were having to rush out to handle some horses as a house call. As a small business owner, I could see her challenges and appreciated her efforts with Whiteclaw and Radar

When you try to phone them, you can't get through. You'll get a message saying their line is busy. What year is this? Secondly, the vet herself has to be one of the most brusque, rude professionals I've ever dealt with. Her manner with our loving dog was as if she didn't even like dogs or want to touch them and her so-called exam was anything but thorough. A very strange person. We left and never returned. Then I read their Yelp reviews. Horrifying really. So glad we never returned.

Dr. Paulson and staff Destiny, Kendall everyone saved my little guys life today!!! She was able to go in and manually remove all fecal matter that was stuck in his guts. They took such good care of him!!! Wish I came here sooner. Even cleaned his ears for him. Kendall was able to get me in right away. Cannot thank you enough. Guys if you own cats please please keep an eye on them and give them a preventative hair ball control supplement or treat. This is serious and they can die from being severely constipated.

I went to pick her up and was guided into a room with a young women vet who without my permission did the surgery she was out of vet school 3 months. I was told the vet watched her but he said he had to leave early to take his wife to the hospital. it was illegal for him to let her do the surgery by herself. He said he watched her the entire time. THEN WHY DID HE NOT DO IT HIMSELF IF HE HAD THAT KIND OF TIME I HAD NOT GIVEN PERSMIISION FOR ANHYONE ELSE TO DO THE SUGERY. I went back again I said my cat is not well, They said she won't have to eat or drink water for three days NOT TRUE one of the vet assistance was like a mad dog ( I love dogs but this was nuts) staring me down there to protect her and agreed. At three am my cat was drinking tons of water I rushed her to emergency where the doctor said she had almost no electro lites and was trying to supply them by drinking she could not! she was on deaths door. She said did they not give her an IV this was wrong who monitored this cat? I said I don't know when I called the vet he would not refund me, he was sweet but it was an act, I deserved to b e paid for. both the surgery and the emergency hospital, I should have taken them to small claims court but I was so upset I could not write this review until. now. This place and his too sweet response was an act I believed he has many years of being this way but when his vet made a mistake she didn't take responsibility. He said he had to leave his wife was sick and he had to take her to the hospital (oh sympathy for him now) well if she is that sick call an ambulance. Yep everyone loves this vet but he did not take financial responsibility for his mistake and the emergency hospital notes mention. the surgery was not right. (in medical terms ) they have Mal practice I submitted it to them they said they passed it along but I never heard back they simply evaded responsibility. This man took zero responsibility my sister has Parkinson's I don't drive her to the hospital I call an ambulance! they are not expensive maybe 150.00 I spent close to 4,000 for the emergency hospital and his cocky knows it all vet student.the next vet commented on wow so any stitches he laughed! Our normal vet quoted us $1,100 - 1,500 for the procedure (looks like a simple snip) so that was a definite no-go. Dr. Spencer took a look at it and within minutes said it was not a problem at all and could be done with ease. The entire team of ladies were so kind and obviously love animals. My pup is super friendly and they spoiled him with treats during the consult. The front desk lady was so accommodating and found a window to fit my pup into the schedule for the mini surgery the same week?! The procedure was no muss, no fuss (took less than 15 minutes) and it costs a fraction of what our normal vet was going to charge. No hidden fees, no "fee for processing the fee" here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND bringing your animal here; it's worth the trek. Dr. Spencer has seen it all and has expert knowledge that put me at ease. I could not be more pleased with the results!!

Something I've noticed, It gets harder, and harder saying goodbye. My wife and I have been crying since 3pm, it's 8pm now, no dinner, no nothing, just tears. Knowing we'll never see our sweet "Luke" in this life again, is gut wrenching. He was something special, I know all pet owners say something similar. But, in fact he was very special. He had more facial expressions than any of my other 4 legged besties. He and I would have conversations and in his own special way we'd communicate. He'd wake me up every morning, at the same time every day, with his cold nose on my back or arm. Who's going to do that, now that he's gone. Anyway Art Spencer was very kind, patient and understanding as was Barbara and the other young lady (who's name escapes me). They were all very kind and understanding in our time of grief.
