I was told that they drivers are instructed to NOT take extra items, only what fits in the can. They suspended my service…read morewith zero warning or payment reminder, but of course during a week when I had full trash and recycling. Then they wanted to charge me a $35 reinstatement fee and refused to remove the fee. Then when cancelling they argued that I had never paid a deposit for the 2 bins when I signed up originally, finally they "found" my deposit in their history. I should have cancelled years ago when they accidentally mailed me hardcopies of PAGES of other customers credit card information along with my statement before I had opted for paperless. If you have other options in your neighborhood, I suggest you go elsewhere. I am.

Staff at RecycleWorks are very helpful about what is acceptable. They take glass, plastic #1, #2 and #5. Tin cans, aluminum, and other metal (we dropped a cast iron pan with a broken handle and pieces of broken t-posts). Newspaper and other mixed paper. Check their website for hours! They are volunteers so hours are limited.

I pull up…read morethere's two scales one is wide open one is occupied and behind the occupied scale is a truck and trailer waiting for the occupied scale because it's easier for hI'm to get to. the guy with truck and trailer voluntarily chose to wait for the scale that is more easily accessible for him. so I go around to the open scale. and then the retarded guy they have helping unload made me go to the back of the line which was 4 cars at this point. he wanted me to wait for the truck and trailer to pull up to the occupied scale so I could then go around him to the open scale. Then he got Lippy with me. I'm actually impressed a working adult can maintain any employment while being that stupid. then he wouldn't do his job when I got back up the scale and acted like a sissy and just left me there no one helping me until the only smart one they got came over and helped me out. it took twice as long and his lil power moved caused more work for everyone if he spoke English I would have gotten his name to report him to his boss what an idiot.
