William was our driver. He is out of NW Indiana. Nine of us took his limo from Michigan City to the Amtrak station in Chicago. He arrived early both ways, and responded quickly to my text messages. Limo was clean, new, and comfortable. He didn't race along, just went with the flow of traffic, felt nice and secure on I-94 & the Dan Ryan. Coming back from the trip, our train was 4 hours late arriving. William kept in communication with us via text, and was right there when our train finally got in. Price was considerably less than the other two limo companies that I got quotes from. Also, originally we were going to get picked up from Chicago Union Station, and we changed it to Homewood two days before before we left. There was no charge, and the person on the phone at Americar shuttle changed the reservation quickly, courteously, and no change in price. They seem very flexible and customer oriented. read more

Awful. Driver picked up myself and my daughter this week to take to airport. Drove 45 mph on expressway, while way, people were passing left and right., couldn't keep his eyes open, kept rolling down his window trying to wake himself up, hit a vape while driving.... Also slumped on wheel while driving. I Wanted nothing more than to get out of that minivan as quick as possible. Was charged gratuity already and I brought extra cash to tip him which I def did not. I should receive gratuity back as well. Will tell everyone I can. read more

The one that rear ended me did not have insurance! His car was filthy. He received Tickets but the old judge refused to even look me in the face and let the guy off with "no valid insurance"! read more

Booked and was confirmed for an airport transfer from South Bend to Elkhart a week in advance. No show. Called and was told they had rejected the reservation, which would have been fine, but they said they had accepted it, so I had no opportunity to book with someone else. Do not trust this person. He farms out the transfers. He cannot promise his subcontractors will actually show up. Use anybody else. "Your reservation has been accepted (Conf# 11046)" Received this a week before arrival. read more

After reading the great reviews, I called on a Monday to schedule a Friday pick-up from Mid-way to Michigan City. The person I spoke to was helpful and reassured me that with 12 drivers I would not have an issue. I called again Thursday evening to confirm and all was good. When I landed on Friday evening on-time, I called to tell them I was ready to go. They told me which door to wait at, but provided no driver information. After much back and forth, an hour's worth, I realized that no car was coming for me. It was now late and raining and I had no ride to my destination. I had to grab a taxi for a lot more money than I wanted to pay. If they had just told me earlier in the week, I could have left my car aT MDW and driven myself. I tried to book a reservation for myself and my mom with a wheelchair and the guy said he could not do that . I feel discriminated and everything I cannot help with that my mother is handicapped and we wanted a ride to the casino without me paying money for parking money wasn't the issue but we were coming from out of town I thought that was very rude and inconsiderate and I'm glad that I'm not using this service I'll drive my mother to the casino and pay the $39 for valet parking read more

My new favorite shuttle! We needed transportation for 6 people and 12 pcs of luggage. This company is so professional and reliable. We booked months in advance I received an email a few days before with the drivers name,email and phone. He was on time and packed all the luggage. When I got off the plane he sent an email telling us he was here. It was reassuring to know he was at the airport. Great company. The van was clean and in excellent condition. Booked to/from Midway airport last week and couldn't have asked for better service. Booked via text with "Tim" who was super responsive and helpful from booking to confirming before pickup. We were especially impressed with driver Najeb who picked us up basically in the middle of the night (3am) for our 6am flight to Vegas. He was professional and friendly, helped with luggage and even stocked our cup holders with bottled water. I also loved that he texted us the evening before to introduce himself and confirm he would be there for pickup. It was such an assurance to know our driver was a text away instead of wondering if he would show up at that hour of the morning. Exceptional service, affordable prices. Used this service from O'Hare Airport home to Schererville. Called to book weeks in advance, and the communication from them was wonderful. The day before I was to land, I got an email from them confirming the time and giving me the driver's name. I called when I arrived at O'Hare, after getting my luggage to let them know by what door I would be waiting. Even though the plane landed almost 30 minutes early, and my luggage was there waiting for me, I only had to wait about 7 minutes for the driver. And he apologized for that; though he needn't have; no idea I would be so early! His name was Mohammed. I just can't say enough good things about him. He was polite, professional, a very good driver and quite interesting to talk to. He is a tremendous asset to this company. He's a very honest man a lot of integrity I called other cabs they quoted me at 30 for my ride uber quoted me at 25 he told me over the phone it would be 18-22$ to the brew pub. I was skeptical based off my experiences with cabs to my surprise and delight it was 21$. Highly recommended.
