Certainly a nice enough guy, yet these small outfits which are working out of their homes can often be questionable. Don't just price shop when searching for car service. Often time these small outfits can & will cut corners. Some are often under-insured and such. (Now I'm not say he is, yet you'll find these things more consistent with small operators working out of their residence. My advise is to go with more reputable companies.

I called him from the airport requesting the refund again, and he simply said he "didn't have it but would see what he could do". A week later, still no refund and he kept promising to mail a check which I still have not gotten. He said he couldn't refund me through ApplePay (my method of payment) because his partner wouldn't approve. Now, almost 2 months later, still no refund and he has blocked my calls.
