I called CCE due to really good recs from Yukon Happenings fb group and they were awesome. They showed up by the next morning. Joey checked everything out and was completely transparent with everything going on up there and even took pictures and took the time to explain everything and answer every question. They found that the previous tech mightve also not done his due diligence regarding a few other areas which we find troubling. Nonetheless, Joey was awesome and despite seeing the questionable work the last technician has done, he was very careful with his words and made sure he didnt diss the other guy. Martin was also great answering all my questions, explaining all recommended solutions, and was very transparent with pricing. The night before installation, they brought over a portable AC unit for me to temporarily use until the new unit was installed. They gave me a great deal with discounts and threw in a free service of them maintaining the unit for the next year to make sure everything is working well. HVAC went out Friday and they came and installed the new unit by Wednesday. They came at 8 am and finished by around 1:30pm with a 4 person crew! They explained everything before they left and they cleaned up everything too. No issues with the new unit so far!! Couldnt recommend them more!

They came out and rerouted several ducts. The system is much better balanced now. No more cold rooms. They did an excellent job getting it balanced! Two weeks later, the furnace started cutting off after maybe 5 minutes running. Of course, it has to happen on a day it's 20° outside. They sent a tech out in about an hour and he determined there was an issue with the flue pressure sensor. He got it resolved the same day and it's been working awesome since! I figured out why when I got an email right after the guy left with *36* photos and videos of my system. First time they ever did that. Overkill, much? That same week I had one of their guys out to give me a quote on a fairly significant plumbing project. I've never used Waggoners for plumbing, but this is a big enough job I wanted to get more than one quote on it, and it seemed like a thing to do. The gentleman came to my house, I showed him what I had in mind, we discussed options, and he said he would put together an estimate for me and get back to me. Days and days went by, and I had just about given up on hearing from them, when the guy contacted me that he had my estimate ready. He came to my house and walked me through it and it seemed reasonable. I asked him to please send me a copy of the quote by email, and he said he would do that. He left me a catalog to peruse, and said he would be back to pick it up in a couple of days. I told him I'd be happy to send it back with their A/C tech who was coming the next day, but he said no, he didn't trust that he would get it back if I did that. Readers, I never heard from him again. I never got the quote. He never picked up the catalog (which, btw, had NOTHING to do with the work I was asking for). I don't know what to think. I have a service contract for another HVAC maintenance, and I'll probably go through with that, but if things don't get better, I'll probably be moving on. It's a shame.
