I had a weird noise coming from my furnace in the attic, called Lockhart and the tech showed up the same evening. No emergency charge. He went into the attic an liked around, then the heater cycled. I said "that's the sound I was telling you about." He poke at several spots and the sound stopped. It was air being blown out of a leak between the furnace and duct. He drove a screw in and it was fixed. An honest man, so refreshing to not get taken to the cleaners. A dishonest man might have turned that into an installation of a new thingamajig. I have to honestly say - this was the BEST experience I have ever had with a repair visit. A/C went out on a Saturday night. Thankfully weather was cool - so we waited and called Monday morning. They said they could be out Tuesday (Which we were good with - it wasnt too bad that day). They called back that afternoon and said they could come that evening instead. Awesome! "Carl" came out - super polite. Diagnosed it quickly - told us the part that was bad - the total cost. (bad capacitor). Had the part with him - had it all back up within an hour. Didnt try to upsell on additional service. He did ask if we were doing some regular maintenance - like changing filters - but he did that politely as well. Could not recommend more! read more

Tommie was very responsive to my request on Yelp for service - he responded within minutes - he texted me the company's contact information, I called and we set up a time convenient for me for the next day. Carl came out and diagnosed a blown fuse - replaced it, and replaced my 3 air filters in the house. My A/C stopped working one evening late. I called early the next morning. They scheduled me that day. They showed up when they said they would. The two that showed up were clean cut, courteous and knowledgeable. They told me what they were checking and reported back their findings. So glad that they were quick and honest. Quick fix... cleaned the clogged drain, checked coolant levels, hosed out the unit and checked to be sure the problem was solved. Very reasonable charge. I would definitely recommend them! read more

They were able to give me a same-day appointment when my air conditioner stopped working, which was great. The technician was professional. I do feel like their price is on the high end. I was charged $370 for 2lbs of R410A just for the materials. (But I guess when i was out of AC on a summer day, I really wasn't in a position to bargain.) Overall, I got a new capacitor installed and 2lbs of R410A for a total of $600. Just for your reference. Basically all labor since the materials cost less than $20 to the company. A bit rich for 45 minutes of work. read more

Our a/c went out late in the evening. We knew the large air comfort company with the football player spokesperson was a ripoff ("You're unit is dead. We'll replace it for $7,000") , so we called Lockhart based on a family member's suggestion. Guy was at our place 30 minutes later and replaced a $180 part. Done.
