Although John made time to squeeze me in on a Saturday and worked for hours on my tint, I cannot in good faith give him anything higher than a 1 star review. He's a nice person, but I am beyond upset with my experience. I'd asked him multiple times before he came if he had a tint measure, but he never answered directly yes/no. I'm now certain he just eye-balled my tint and guessed. He was about 2 hours later than I anticipated his arrival. Then, I was nickel and dimed... Quoted $290, but - when he saw he had to remove old film - he upcharged me $60 (new total $350). I told him it was just on 3 of my car's windows, so I don't know why he didn't realize it would require a removal in the first place. I 100% believe I was lied to and taken advantage of here. He took his time to complete the job, by which time it had gotten dark. I appreciate hard effort, so I had a hard time speaking up in the end. When he completed his work, I took a look and saw it was a different color from the rest of my windows. I again asked if he measured the tint, to which he replied he had been in the business 15 years and is "tiktok viral." Then he tells me I'm just not seeing it clearly and he knows what he's doing. I pay because I felt obligated at that point. The next day, I'm driving and am 100% positive it's the wrong tint. AND I see bubbles in multiple places on the windows (more continue to appear since). John happened to reach out to me to see if I am happy with his work, and I voiced my complaints...but he only continued by justifying that he used a different brand of tint, so the color was inevitably going to be different. I asked for a refund and he wasn't replying, so I thought I was getting ghosted and posted a negative review on Yelp and Google. He eventually replied back and said he'd redo it, to which I said if he'd give me his word he'd do so, I'd remove the reviews. He gave me his word, but wasn't scheduling with me, so my intention was to keep the reviews up until the fix was scheduled. As I tried to work out a time with him, he sent me a screenshot of my review and said, "Thanks for the bad review." I reminded him that I'd remove it if he was loyal to his word. I've since texted him a few times asking if he'd stay true to his word and removed the reviews, but he's now completely avoiding me. I have been swindled and lost $350 in the process. I reached out to this company and they were one of the first to respond. I had set up an appointment for them to tint my windows. On the day of the appointment, 2 hours had passed and I reached out to find out where they were. They told me "traffic" yeah, in Atlanta that is possible, but why would not you not call or contact me to tell me you were being late? So I'm still cool at this point and say "ok, when can you be here" they tell me within the hour. Ok good. 2 more hours they still aren't here, they had zero intention of showing up in my opinion because even in traffic you can get anywhere in the metro atlanta area within 2.5 hours. He blamed rain and it wasn't raining. The whole thing was strange because I have a business and this is not how I would ever allow a business to be run. Their profile states "our customer service is unmatched" Yes, it sure is unmatched...cause I've never had anyone with such poor communication and customer service, certainly unmatched. I will say they did teach me (via phone) the differences in tint. They were nice and professional despite their ineptitude and severe tardiness. In addition, I provided what information they asked for to receive a quote and said it was an SUV and how many windows and he quoted me $275 flat rate then he changed the price to $325 after I informed him the type of vehicle (make/model) Why wouldn't you have asked that up front? Why quote something if you plan to change the price or don't have all the information. Vert bait n switch-like! I ended up canceling their service and never rescheduled because the guy didn't show up. What else was also weird is it says the Owner is John R. I called the number and I would imagine that would be him, but the guy or person I was texting kept saying "his tech" I'm pretty sure "his tech" was him. I could be wrong on this but it was just very odd. Anyway, maybe this company does do good work, I'll never know because if someone runs their business in this manner, I would never want to use them to find out their quality of tinting my windows. read more

Good work. Does house visits if that is something you're looking for. Showed up and advised me what tint works best.

I was given a quote of $325 via yelp and when I contacted them for service the price was $499. Not good!
