Well, if you don't care about what you get and are looking for the lowest price, this is the place. Unfortunately for me, my company put me up in this place, if given the option I would of paid out of my pocket to stay across the the holiday in. The room was horrible, bad drywall repairs thru out without even a care of making it look decent. I'm honestly scared to sleep in the room, I might catch something. I'll be waking up early and getting out of here ASAP

Worst place I've ever stayed in, in my entire life. Immediately upon walking in I noticed the floors were filthy with what appeared to be foliage and some kind of white bits like paper or styrofoam- how hard is it to sweep the floors? I found a small metal screw directly in front of the bathroom, something my one year-old could have easily picked up and choked on. Going deeper into the room was a horrific smell of mold and urine. The pillows had some kind of black substance smeared on them- thankfully we brought our own! Who knows if the sheets were clean.. The microwave was missing a nob, making it inoperable. The room was hot, and the wall air conditioner was basically a fan that spewed out more hot mold and urine-smelling air. This place was so bad my normally sleepy husband woke up early so we could get out of there! So gross! And definitely NOT worth a dime, much less the 70 we had to spend! Will be contacting the BBB and possibly Health and Human Services.

    Blood speckles on box spring

There was a murder scene in the room it looked like a pile of blood on mattress of body in feedle position.blood speckles on box spring, knife slash on mattress, looked like a scary movie, no refunds, made police report already hope they get shut down. .I think the while hotel knows someone died in there, just my gut feeling, manage extremely rude. Sleep in your car safer and cleaner, only stayed here cause we were standed...hell hotel....

This how much space there is between the bed and the TV. Such a small room.

Thankfully, Hyatt Place Delano completely disproves that theory. I stay here whenever work brings us out this way, and not once have I had a bad experience. If you're looking for a place with comfortable rooms, a solid continental breakfast, a bar, and good food, you can stop scrolling now. A big shoutout to Steven and Savanna, who seem to be the MVPs whenever we stay here. Steven makes a dangerously good whiskey sour and somehow manages to be bartender, storyteller, and morale booster all at the same time. After a long workday, that positive energy goes a long way. Savanna is just as great--whether she's helping at the front desk or behind the bar, she's always friendly, professional, and makes guests feel genuinely welcome. Employees like them are the reason our crew keeps booking the same spot. The rooms are also a win. You've got a comfortable bed plus a couch area where you can decompress, watch TV, and question your life choices after eating too many wings. Speaking of cleanliness--the place is spotless. You can tell the staff takes real pride in keeping everything dialed in. The breakfast never disappoints either. It's exactly what you want before heading out for the day. And if you're hungry later, do yourself a favor and order the wings. They're excellent with buffalo sauce, but the Asian zing flavor deserves its own fan club. Overall, this place earns a solid five stars. From the employees to the cleanliness to the food, they're doing things right. Honestly, I don't see my foreman picking another hotel when we're back next week--and that's perfectly fine with me. Great job to everyone at Hyatt Place Delano. You've officially become the crew's home away from home.

We didn't have a reservation, but the front desk attendant, Jesse, was very courteous and welcoming and made the check-in easy. Our room was a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom smelled freshly cleaned. There was a strange urine smell near the sink/entry area outside the bathroom, though the bathroom itself smelled spotless. I mentioned it to Edde (I may be spelling her name wrong), and she was incredibly sweet and helpful. She explained that sometimes when a room sits vacant the pipes can cause that smell. She brought a citrus oil cleaner and suggested spraying it in the sink. After running the water and spraying a little, the smell was gone when we returned. I noticed it faintly again in the morning, so it may just be something with the pipes. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Linens were clean and we had lots of fluffy pillows. The bed and pillows were a little too soft for my preference, but I still slept fine. The AC works great too. The complimentary breakfast was actually really good for a hotel in this price range. They had scrambled eggs, bacon, home-style potatoes (with salsa), plus fruit cups, soy milk, pastries, cereal, and a waffle maker. There's also complimentary coffee, tea, and fruit available in the lobby. Honestly, for a little over $100 you get a clean place to sleep plus breakfast and snacks, which makes it feel like a really good value. They also have an indoor pool, ice and vending machines, and the location is convenient--there's a Denny's and what looks like a Jack in the Box next door, plus a taco truck across the street. Even though it's right near the overpass, it's surprisingly quiet. Overall, the staff were kind and helpful. I'd definitely recommend it if you're passing through and need a comfortable place to crash.

COCKROACHES GALORE!…read more If you like sleeping and bathing amongst cockroaches, then this is the hotel for you! We arrived at 7:30pm last night after driving 8+ hours from Zion National Park and were very tired. I called around and this was the best priced hotel ($50) and now we know why. Upon walking into the room, it had a very unique odor. We ignored this, ordered a pizza, watched a movie, then fell asleep. Oh yeah and the sheets had major holes, towels ripped beyond usage, but this we could deal with. Woke up at 12:30am to go to the bathroom...turned on the lights and the place was CRAWLING with cockroaches. All over our toiletries, walls, in the shower, etc. We packed up and went to the front desk to ask for our money back as no matter how inexpensive, nobody should be expected to sleep with a family of cockroaches. The front desk employee, who we assume gave us a fake name (an Indian guy named Herman?) said they have never had this complaint before (yeah right!) and would not give us any reimbursement. He said why didn't you notice them before now? Gee, because they come out only at night when it's dark! AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT at all costs! Spend the extra $20 to stay at a nearby hotel who hopefully doesn't have cockroaches. Lisa
