My top 3 requirements for Nicole was laundry upstairs, tons of kitchen cabinets and a pool; as for my husband he wanted at least 2 car garage, no hoa, 1acre+; as for my parents, 2 bedroom in the basement, kitchen space and a full bathroom. That is a lot of requirements from 4 people but that didn't phase her. She found us a gorgeous home with everything listed above & then some. Nicole has worked above and beyond to get us in this house and we could not be happier. Her laugh is contagious and she made house hunting so much more fun. She is very professional throughout the entire process, she's a good listener even small details that mentioned she has take notes. She has us in the new house and out of the old one and sold in approximately 1 month. This woman is phenomenal, I tell you! Every little thing that needed to be done to have our old home she took care of. Even months after moving in, she still help us out with any problem or questions regarding our new home. Her clients have known the roof needed to be replaced since May 2024. I purchased a property from her clients in December 2024. They did not disclose that the roof needed to be replaced. On January 24, 2025 my insurance company dropped me starting the roof needs to be replaced. Of course the home inspection report didn't indicate that the roof needed to be replaced and now I'm screwed.

The day before the closing, there was an electrical issue and hvac issue which she was kind enough to pay and just told me to venmo the money after closing. Kim, lined up the septic inspection and well inspection and showed up to both. I was the seller for both properties and when the appraiser came out to appraise the home, Kim met him at the home both times. The weather was 4 degrees and both homes were rural and she still came and made sure the appraisal came in at contract price. My home had no business appraising for what it did, but I truly believe Kim meeting the appraiser at the home made the difference. If you want an amazing realtor that can get it done and will go the extra mile, please call her.

Please review it and if you have any questions or if you would like to meet with Jo Ann Green our property manager let me know and I'll be happy to set that up for you. We look forward in hearing from you!" I thought the information in the package very extremely informative but once I called back, they were confused and told me that they had never sent me anything or heard from me (strange). I said well, nevertheless I would like to speak with Joann about maintaining management of my property considering I am moving out of state shortly. I also told her about the price breakdown that Selva "Gabby" Johnson had emailed me on 12/7/16. The woman on the phone then said she would speak with Joann and get back to me. She then left me a voicemail the following day saying they did not want to work with me. The funny thing is that I had literally provided them no information on my property. I really think they just sent me their price break down by mistake and didn't want to work with me since I knew what exactly they were charging for what. Makes no sense. Don't waste your time with this company.

Also, during the recent snowstorm, they informed everyone that it is the tenants' responsibility to shovel their parking spaces to allow vehicles to park. There are no assigned spaces, so you can clear a spot and someone can park there. SMH.

These dogs run and bark all day and night waking up our now 8 month old son! We have made complaints but because it's not always after midnight nothing has been done and it only gets worse! Our parking spaces are always full of blunt wrappers and black n mild tips and alcohol bottles on the yard! I can say maintenance is great but considering how much we pay, we are not pleased! Our carpet was stained when we moved in and we reported it and still not been cleaned also the apartment was dirty and we also reported that and nothing ever came from our complaint! Thank goodness we are having. Home built because this has been a horrible rental experience!
