Mr. Adams even came out mid-summer on an hour's notice to assess a broken A/C. He identified the issue within minutes (it was a bad capacitor) and charged us for just that. Such levels of competence and honesty are extremely rare in this day & age. We now trust only this company with our building's wiring and heating / cooling. When you do get through by calling their personnel directly, they tell you they will have someone call you back, and never return your call. Turns out there's a reason for that. I just found out that they appear to have exited the residential business. I can appreciate a pivot in business focus where it makes sense, although it would have been great if they had let me know in the middle of winter so I could find another provider. Delayed refunds for services, not returning calls, etc., can destroy a brand and negatively impact the business going forward. At a minimum, it would be great if you could communicate the change in focus and connect us with other residential providers. I would not recommend this company.

They walked me through some steps and suggested there must be a GFI switch that controlled the outlets, but none of the outlets appeared to be GFI. They stayed on the phone while I flipped breakers again, but that still didn't get the outlets to work. They said it would likely be expensive to send someone all the way to Port St Lucie from West Palm but they would give me an estimate to help me decide. All in all, we were on the phone about 10 minutes. I was about to text them my address so they could figure out the distance and determine costs, and decided to look at the outlets one more time. Turns out, the previous owners had painted the outlet plates, so I had to look closely to see that one of them actually was a GFI. After resetting that, everything worked fine. I really appreciated the time Power Pro spent with me on the phone. Even though I was outside of their usual service area, they didn't just blow me off as some contractors have done. Now I wish I did live closer to them, as I would definitely use them in the future.
