I told him straight out I wasn't interested in the Rockers they had on the floor and that I could get them cheaper somewhere else but that didn't seem to faze them. They all got their phones out and they were all trying to help me find the rocker I was looking for. Only a company that's been around for 40 plus years can have such a testament to excellent customer service.
