I went in kinda knowing what I wanted but wasn't married to the ferris by any means. As I was browsing, angelo came down and asked if I needed help. I explained that I wanted to buy a mower and was looking at the ferris is700. He was telling me that it was a great machine and it was a good choice, and I proceeded to tell him that the law enforcement discount was what was persuading me to it. He asked if I considered a scag for their hero discount. I asked what it was, and he said 15% off the entire thing compared to the 500$ off the ferris. He showed me a nice scag patriot and said it was just as nice as the ferris but for a lot less with my discount. No bear came through and was asking about what i was looking for, and he also was telling me how great of a machine the scag is. I asked about a power bagger, and he checked to see if they had one, and they did. I said, "Let's do it then." He offered me free delivery, and they installed the bagger for me and delivered it 2 days later. Angelo and no bear are absolutely awesome down there. They can find you any part and really know what they sell. I highly recommend them for any power equipment needs and look forward to using them in the future. Nice easy process from start to finish.

He pointed to doors leading to the shop area. As I approached the door's Angelo's son at the top of the stairs asked me what I was doing. I told him I had a pee problem. In a nasty demanding voice he yelled "There are no bathrooms here".....I am a returning customer looking to buy that day....I will never shop at this store. I had to go into the nearby woods to pee.. Can't help but think that such a hostile manner will affect their future business..

Complete ripoffs. 30 years in business and this is my worst experience Brought in to repair leaks…read more Rob told me "don't worry", when I asked about the price before it was finished. Then Rob told me "I worry too much" on a subsequent call that I made. They never contacted me until then one month in their shop came up with a bill of $4500 when I didn't intend on paying more than $1500. Why not make it $12,000.00 or 20k? Any price they wanted. So I paid because they wouldn't give me the machine. Then the machine was returned to me. The tracks didn't work right. They came and repaired and left. Then they came back again because it was leaking still. They fixed that leak then left. It's still leaking and $2500 dollars later I have a machine that still leaks. Then they told me they didn't want to do business with me any more after coming to look at the last leak which isn't fixed. My Phone is eight four five six six on two five seven zero if you want to know more. There isn't much more.

They're great at selling things but if you have any problems at all you're in for a real adventure. You don't know which character you're going to get. Especially if it's something they don't want to deal with! Attitude for days and kind of slow at getting things done. How these guys have survived over the years I'll never know. They are at their best during a sale for sure. But not people sensitive or customer service centered at all after-sale! Very self centered. It's a shame because they do sell good products and maintain the facility very well. Their prices are HIGH but I guess they have to cover for the customers they've lost or driven away. I really wanted to continue to do business with them but wow, we just couldn't continue to do it. Sad.

I made it my mission to come back and explore so on a recent rainy Sunday I made my return. There are so many different plant options and standard clay pots. More interesting hanging Japanese art style kokedama. The shop appeals to all my senses including the wonderful scents of dried fruits used for decor and the fresh cuts being propagated. There's a small outdoor space that I would say is a garden workshop which was absolutely gorgeous dripped in the day's rains where I found drying bouquets and a small corner of rescue ready plants if you like a risky project- like I do lol. Flora Good Times is this cute lush paradise that felt tucked away in a knuckerhole!…read more Immediately as you come in you're welcomed by cuttings of flowers that you're able to craft a bouquet with, either from your own creative juices or the senses of the staff. The helper who was staffing when we visited was super friendly and helpful. I came in to just look at everything and wasn't planning on buying a plant, but I was able to pickup some Instant Plant Food for 50% off and also some mosquito bits--which were remarkably affordable ($2 a scoop of what felt like a small solo cup). There are a ton of little trinkets here in regards to flora, from ceramic planters to little ceramic sculptures that are designed to guard your space and plants from bad energy. While they were a little too out of budget for me, they were a pleasure to look at. The variety of plants was great as well. All the plants seemed well taken care of and if I was trying to acquire new buddies for my home, I would definitely stop here. They have quite a bit of supplies for propagation as well, which I appreciated seeing. Everything is just so cute!!!
