The…read morestaff are always quick to meet us at the bay and they've always been nothing but professional and polite to us throughout the service appointments. They are attentive & informative as well. They don't always check the air filter at every visit but they have checked the air filter on all 3 of our vehicles and changed it on them at some point. We've never had wipers replaced during a visit but they always offer. The oil change protocol is all guided by a computer checklist so there's very little room for error. If you stay in your vehicle, you witness it all and you will hear staff communication regarding pressure checks, oil pan, etc. By the way, it is your responsibility as a car owner to keep up with your vehicle's maintenance records. By going to the same location, you can make that task a lot easier because your records remain in their system but you will receive a receipt with helpful information on your vehicle's service, too. Recently they let us know that there is an oil leak on one of our vehicles. Now it is our responsibility to take it to a mechanic to find the leak, as this isn't in their scope of service. FYI: This is not a mechanic shop or dealership, it's simply a convenient place to get your car's oil changed and maybe get your air filter and/or wipers replaced. For the price, we think it's a great value and we will continue to patronize this location. We greatly appreciate having this Valvoline store in Wilkesboro and we are really grateful for the Valvoline staff, too! We think they all deserve a pay increase/raise!! We don't trust our vehicles to just anyone.

She had no appointment, but they took care of her right away, getting her in and out in 30 minutes while I sat there like a fool. After they finished her car and checked her out, they finally started on my car (I had already been waiting 50 minutes past my appointment time for a service that takes about 20 minutes). It ended up taking 90 minutes and the charge was $20 more than I was quoted. There are lots of tire shops in Wilkesboro with 5 star reviews. Mavis Tires sucks! Go elsewhere for your tire needs.

went to Mavis Tire for oil change and tire rotation in Wilkesboro, NC. when I ask to have my fluids…read morechecked I was told they did not do that on oil change. i later found my brake fluid low and coolant low. they spilled oil on top of the engine and and left two tires so low I received a warning light from on-star. all that and still charged me over $100 for 3.5 quarts of oil and a filter. when I ask about the low tires I was told by Tech that all there gauges were not correct and he would have to use the one outside. Will not be back.

I got my oil changed at a different mechanic than usual and then did a round trip to Raleigh…read more(350+miles). When I got home I noticed a burn smell. After popping my hood I learned the mechanic never put the oil cap back on and I drove the whole time with hot oil splattering all over my engine which depleted all of the oil they just filled into my car. So I towed it to our local mechanic at Meineke to figure out the damages and fix this issue. My engine could have caught fire but God's mercy protected me. Praise the LORD! The mechanics at Meineke assessed the engine, filled my oils back up and then cleaned the oil from my engine and DIDN'T CHARGE ME A DIME! Thank you Meineke for taking care of your customers and making things right even when the responsibility was not yours! And thank you God for moving the hearts of the owner to take such care of me!

The Ford dealership in north wilkesboro does full synthetic ON A NON FORD VEHICHLE for 57.02. He lied about taking the price down, didnt use the coupon. Told us it would be done in 25, it took them an hour and a half. He also told us he was new from another store. Sounds like an excuse to get us to pay more. We will not be going back. And I would not recommend to others. What a rip off.

I called and the lady informed me that after 50 days they were not held responsible and they have cameras cause they have dealt with this a lot! She further more continued to tell me that they don't check the cameras unless they know about an issue? These people had her keys and it was in a fenced lot? With that all being said I recommend you not take your car here or if you do then don't leave it longer than "50" days! At least keep a check on it!
