There we met Shellie and here awesome team of guys, they helped us in every way that they could and went over and beyond what they ever needed to for us. As nervous and stressed as we were, they welcomed us kindly and assisted us to the best of their ability. Even to the point of calling around to other places bc we needed a new wheel since ours ended up being cracked. We purchased the tires that they had and headed out to where they helped us find wheels. I say that to say that they're not the selfish repair services that say whatever to get you to spend money or mislead you. They genuinely helped knowing we knew nothing about cars or the area. My family and I were out of town at a VRBO home for son's wedding when our F250 wouldn't crank. After having to wait 9 hours to find out Triple A couldn't even locate a tow that could handle the size of my 250 crew cab truck, we called Zack's. We had no clue where to even ask him to take my truck since it was the weekend and we couldn't talked to any mechanics with everyone closed. Terry talked to us about the issue we were having and recommended someone, called them for us (since he knew the owner) to confirm we could bring it, and was loading our truck on his fully capable roll back within 30 minutes. I felt completely comfortable leaving my truck in Terry's hands and heading back to South Carolina (3 1/2 hours away). He was an answer to our prayers and I'm so grateful for his help in a very stressful situation.

I called, stranded on the side of the road with my family of five. Our tow truck driver was there within 20 mins. He was kind, jovial and so helpful. He towed us to a great automotive shop in Yadkinville and made sure we were safe and comfortable. He even shared fishing pictures with our kids, who were a little worried about how we were to get home. The cost of the tow was very reasonable. No one wants to have to get help from a tow truck but if you do, I highly recommend Zack's Towing!

He's done the same thing to multiple people…read more He Is lying to customers taking deposits for parts since he has no money and owes a parts place over $500 Do not take your vehicles to this man! He owes my hubby and my neighbor who worked for him! He took a $1,300 deposit on a vehicle and didnt buy parts with the money, when the customer got mad their car wasn't done 3 weeks later he lied and said he bought the parts, but they wouldn't work on it. They told the customer the truth that they didnt have the parts to fix it! He is always telling people other people do him wrong his business partner Wayne and the guy who did exhaust work Jamie were stealing all his money as he tells it. My hubby left a steady paying job with benefits because Shane kept asking for help and promised he would be able to pay him. He is knowingly writing people bad checks and owes thousands through the business. My hubby tried to help him turn the business around even working 12 hr shifts. The last 2 people up and quit they weren't getting paid on time either and shane wouldnt even come in and help get vehicles done. So yea everything falling on my hubby work got behind, but money kept disappearing the whole time and before he and my neighbor quit there wasnt even money to buy parts with to fix vehicles even though shane had taken deposits from multiple customers that was supposed to be used to buy parts with. He tells everyone he is sick with cancer and yes we believed him and felt sorry for him so my hubby went back to try to help him out. The man is not fit to run a business though. Thousands would go into the bank account, but he claimed fees were taking it. Never had a bank account with that many or that high of fees! he was supposed to have him on payroll with taxes taken out, that never happened, payroll checks the last 2 employees got kept bouncing. They had to buy parts out of their own pockets multiple times because they would leave money in the register before leaving to buy parts the next day, come in the next morning and it was gone! He's telling people he fired my hubby which is a lie after finding out he flat out lied to customers saying he bought the parts they wouldn't do the work they quit! So anyone looking for the 2 good mechanics from interstate auto and muffler they're just right down the road now close to the speedway that shut down where the old bridge was. Shane Fernando needs to pay people what he owes them and stop telling lies! He owes over $1,500 to his last 2 mechanics right now they've asked nicely for the money he owes them and he has completely ignored them, I asked him on facebook and was blocked. So now I'll make a public post with the truth for everyone to see. Unlike him telling lies I'm giving the truth to everyone. He was supposed to be there everyday taking care of small jobs while the other mechanics did the bigger jobs and exhaust, he wouldnt even help out. He stayed gone till the end of the day and would show up to get money. He can either pay up this week or legal actions will be taken against him I warn anyone needing vehicle repair do not go to interstate auto. Some vehicles have been there for months. It seemed every time I talked to someone there, it was issue after issue, and different excuses. Finally they advised me to get another motor and they would do the swap. The first week of October a mechanic quit and I was told to take my truck to another shop. After driving my truck to their shop, 3 and 1/2 months later I had to get my truck towed home. Then I had to go to their ex employees house to get my engine. So now My truck is home with an engine tore apart and $700 worth of parts laying in the bed. I would advise anyone not to choose this shop.
