Skylar helped me and let me just say how amazing she is. She was very knowledgeable and knew all of the answers I was asking. I was in between tire options; she actually had personal experience with both tires on her car and previous car and was able to tell me what she thought of the drive and quality of each. I was pleased that the tires I needed were also in stock. The time she quoted for the wait was also accurate. The shop is clean and I was watching the other employees and their customer service was really good. I did come and it was 104 degrees and the inside of the shop was kept cool for customers with the AC and fan. However, the workers were working very hard and there were no misters or anything to keep them cool. I did not see them complain and they were getting customers in and out. That's kind of inhumane considering the summers in Sacramento are brutal and how hard they work! My recommendation is to get them some snacks, misters, and water for the heat waves . read more

The truck drives so much better now! It's not 100% free of the wobble, but the improvement is significant, and I truly appreciate the extra effort everyone put in instead of settling for "good enough." I've been going to America's Tire for many years now. I usually buy my tires here. They are fairly priced for tires depending on the brand. I usually book an appointment with them before the service. They have open appointments during the day. My recent visit was for a free tire rotation. They are very friendly and walk with you to your car to check it out. They told me it was an hour wait. Inside, they have some comfortable chairs to wait inside, a water station, and bathrooms. Very informative about tires. Also, I like how they put in air in the tires for free so you don't have to do it. They also tell you the tread of the tires. The down side was I asked for an alignment check because they suggested it but that took even longer so I was sitting in there for about 3.5 hrs. I was getting a little impatient. read more

Thought I would have a simple morning at the shop. Brought in my car nailed in the left front and left rear. Person came out to look at the tire and said oh you have waviness in your tire. We can't repair it and take it off the rim and your other one there's not enough tread on it and they can't repair it. She suggested I drive it for 6000 miles and replace all four tires. The tires are about two years old from Honda. I felt like the person was trying to find any reason to not repair the tires because they do it for free and have me come back to buy four new tires. Be careful of any upsell and I'll probably never come to this Calvin shop again. I do like the shop on Bruceville though they've always been great! read more

He was very knowledgeable whenbspeaking with him day prior and palcing order. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was taliing about ane went theough many options and details for best fit for the car and my wife's driving style. Prices looked to be fair overall. Tire delivery was late and he followed up with the warehouse and kept me in the loop of what was happening. Able to have the tires delivered within 30-40 mins. While waiting, Aaron debriefed his team to ensure quick service and focus on getting my car in next available and more hands on deck to change all the tires out. Done in another 30-40 mins. I booked an appointment at America's Tire for a simple tire rotation, expecting a routine visit. Historically, this has always been a 30 to 45 minute or less job from check in to departure. This time, my car did not even enter the bay until over an hour after check in, and the total visit took well nearly two hours. At that point, what is the point of having appointments? If appointments are treated like walk ins, Americas Tires should limit how many they accept each day so time slots actually mean something. The garage environment was extremely unprofessional. Employees were yelling, hollering, and loudly singing instead of working, creating a chaotic and disruptive atmosphere that showed a lack of focus and urgency. With a line out the door. The lobby was noticeably filthy, especially the floor, which made it even stranger to see employees' water bottles lined up on the dirty floor behind the counter instead of being kept higher and in a designated area (like on top of the bin in the corner). That's a clear disregard for employees health. Basic cleanliness and organization are clearly lacking at this location but some of these issues span across the entire umbrella. Phones were ringing off the hook. It is also surprising there is no centralized call center handling incoming calls so on site employees can focus on managing workflow and helping customers who are physically present. Customers in-store are in line for 20-45mts waiting to be helped or even checked in for the appt booked to avoid exactly that. Why's there not an appt line and a walk-in line? This is an industry that still requires in person interaction, and the current setup is inefficient, disrespectful and frustrating. Overall, a disappointing experience and a major downgrade from what used to be a reliable company and service. Love this company, even go out of my way to come to town to use them because there aren't any where I live.... Our family loyalty doesn't feel valued. Might be time to start hunting for a new car service. Bummer! read more

There was a nail in one of my tires. I brought my car here for them to take a look at and for possible patching. Skylar assisted me. She came out, looked at all my tires and took some measurements. Based on her measurements for the treads, I needed to replace all my tires very soon due to safety reasons. We walked in and she showed me the tire options. There was a special going on. I decided on replacing all 4 tires. Skylar gave me an estimate of an hour wait as they were very busy. Within an hour, my car was done. They were fast and efficient even on a busy day. read more

My previous review of this business wasn't too exciting. I had originally gave it a one star based on my experience at that time. I did purchase wheels from this location maybe about two years ago now and came in after I got a flat tire that was still under warranty. I showed up to this location immediately once they opened their doors early morning. As suspected, there was a line of folks getting some tire work done. They did a real good job patching up my tire in the timeframe they said they would. At the end of the day they did not charge me for this repair which I am very grateful for it. This facility is very clean, the waiting area is well kept and maintained despite the heavy traffic. There are tons of infographics throughout the waiting area educating the average user of what to look for in old wheels and tires. Very satisfied with the service I received at America's tire. This place deserves your business. I've used them several times and all staff are all around good people. Customer service is top notch. My initial issue was a slow flat tire. I only got 2 of my 4 tires from them but this particular flat tire wasn't even theirs but they would still repair it free because they want me on the road safe. That's exceptional service there and makes me a repeat customer. What they found was cupping which means a camber or alignment issue and they diagnosed it free. Julian, the worker, pulled my car in quick to check any shock or alignment issues an explained it to me visually on site. They weren't trying to upsell me, because that type of service they don't even do. Also fyi, they just started recently doing alignments which is great, just know you don't need to do alignments every time you get new tires. Overall just a wonderful experience as far as tire service goes. I want to promote good business but also afraid the more people know the busier it gets, but they really deserve it. read more

These guys not only ensured my vehicle was safe, but the whole experience felt genuine, no pressure to buy things I didn't need. They showed me the tires, explained the issue, and broke down how it could affect me and my loved ones if my tires ever had to perform in a critical situation. While I was there, I stepped a little too close to the work area and got a firsthand look at what they deal with. The heat they work in is no joke it's brutal. These guys deserve respect. Good tires at good price. Love the free patch service Friendly service The sales culture here is real. They will try to sell you anything they can by over promising and under delivering. And the manager can only apologize so many times before it becomes unethical behavior. First: Please don't tell customer that if you buy tires here you can get them deliver from another shop within an hour and it's not delivered for another 2 hours Second: don't tell customer that if you buy tires from there and they need to be deliver, that upon your return for install. They will not have to wait and will get you into the bay for replacement immediately, causing false hope. Third: don't tell customer the car will be ready in 7 minutes and it takes another 20 minutes. Fourth: it's great and duly appreciated that the manager apologize for the bad sales ethics but the employee should also apologized especially when they keep making false promises. It's one thing to make one or two false promise but it's another when it's continuous. That is just bad sales ethics. read more

I had an appt booked for 9:45am but I was hoping to get seen sooner since their site states they take walk ins and I only saw two vehicles getting maintenance. Took the shot and got lucky. I needed a patch in one of my tires before I had to head out of town and this place was the closest tire repair shop near my home. I needed new windshield wipers too and been holding off on it for months, but Matthew noticed that I needed a replacement and suggested a few options. With military discount, I got a great deal on them and my tire patch was free. I was in and out in less than 45 mins and it was done than my initial appt time. I went in to purchase all 4 new tires. i feel like the 1st gentleman that helped me was very helpful. 1 hour later another employee comes out and tells me i need to purchase new lug nuts bc they only sale them in a pack of 24 and it would be about $80 more . Absolutely NOT i told him no please just place my other ones back on he told me he couldn't bc they was all swollen to the point where it could not go back on. i asked if i could just purchase the ones i need not the entire pack, he told me they don't have them individually. He then proceeded to tell me he doesn't know how he is going to put my tire back on. Which stressed me out so bad ! 1st it's my birthday i been here way too long and i have things to do ! 2nd i'm getting negative energy from this man which is causing me to literally start tearing up . Skylar was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She has amazing people skills! She was able to take a frustrating experience and turn it into a comfortable exciting experience. I fix my cars and I always try to avoid letting anyone else fix them. For things like tires I have to hand them off since I don't have space in my 1 bedroom apartment for a tire machine and balancer!!! I got a hole in the sidewall of my tire on my Volvo. My lady's Chevy has needed new tires for a long time. My Volvo's tread was also pretty worn and since I have stable income and housing I said "screw it." And I called and spoke to Matt and asked how much 2 sets of 4 Michelins would cost. The Chevy needed new tpms sensors, and Skylar skillfully upsold some wiper blades for a reasonable $15 a piece. Out the door I paid $1900 for 4 16inch and 4 17inch Michelin Defender 2's and the extras; and the only thing I wish was different was if they could've done an alignment for me. I would've happily paid their ask since they gave me a great deal on the tires and extras. Skylar explained they will get their alignment rack in a few months so that's good news for the future. 5 star experience from both Matt on the phone and Skylar in person. I believe I also spoke to a gentleman named Ernesto if memory serves. He was also extremely helpful and polite. The 2 gentlemen that put the tires on and gave me the keys were extremely friendly and kind. They were so efficient too. I was in and out in an hour. Keep in mind it was first thing in the morning but I appreciated their speed because I had to take a little time off work to go there. It was probably 20 minutes I spent with Skylar so they guys in the back were so fast! Like 20 minutes for each car!! Hopefully I don't need tires again soon but I know America's Tire earned my business for the next time! Thank you to Skylar and the amazing crew working there! 12/19/2024 My tires were damaged so I came into the shop to have them replaced. The store assistant manager, Emalie, was the one who helped me. She has a very personable, amiable and playful attitude that made talking to her fun. It was easy to tell that she enjoys helping people, for example, she suggested a simple DIY tip for fixing my bumper and window seal even though they were unrelated to the tires. I also noticed she was attentive to the other customers after helping me. She made sure to check on people as they were waiting. Her personality is one of my favorites. I hope she does not shy away from being her bubbly self. Those Yokohama brand wheels I purchased (or "yo mama wheels") are just perfect for my civic. I will definitely come back again. I went in for 4 new truck tires yesterday & discovered they had a larger selection than a big box competitor. My tires weren't in stock, but they delivered today and I had a complete new set and just slightly over 24 hours. I wound up with a higher quality of tires and saved some money in the process. I appreciated their tire comparison features to see how they rate in different settings along with longevity. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during both of my visits. I also wound up leaving with 4 new tires installed on our other vehicle today, as well (including a free alignment check). I highly recommend this company, and in particular this location. Hello. 11/8/25 I took my Tesla for new tires and come out with 1 tire with significantly low psi 37 the rest are 44 psi. Obviously they rush through the job. But that's ok. I came in for a simple tire repair due to a nail puncture. Despite clearly stating that I only needed a patch, I was repeatedly shown pricing for new tires--something I never asked for. I understand upselling is part of the job, but saying "no" multiple times - 4 times to be exact,was frustrating, especially after mentioning I was short on time. The associate claimed there was no commission involved, but the pressure told a different story. besides paying for a $400 tire and waiting like 2 hours, the dudes here are pretty chill. i had a leak in my tire so i had these guys check it out. it did take like 2 hours for them to check it out, but they said that it was a hole in it, prob from the previous plug i got that fell out of it. however these guys do free tire patch plugs and also free tire rotations which is extremely fire. i didnt need them tho since i just replaced my whole tire but that's a pretty good free service man. i wish they were able to plug my tire tho but couldn't since the hole was gargantuan. nah but the majority of the wait time is basically just waiting for them to finish other customers cars. after they get to your car, they diagnose it and fix it really quick so service here is actually rly solid. employees are nice too. i did come up with an issue the next day where my tesla said that there was low tread, but i had them check it out again for free and they said it was no issue. prob just a programming thing. overall a pretty good place. will def come here again for my next rotation read more
