I'm moving out, I demanded my deposit back. Haven't heard anything yet. I'm majorly sick and have no kidneys to fight with if get a disease or bacteria from roaches in Refrigerator if get in my food. Long story short, the apartment went into abatement because he failed to address the rodents and other issues that arose. My issue is that he refuses to return my deposit for reasons he's grabbing out of the air. The worse of the worse is the vendor that who paints the rentals. We hired this crew on recommendation of some of the staff, that that they were the best in the painting world. We hired this crew after the lease was ended, to get the house ready to sale. I'm not going to get real deep into the weeds on this, but this is what I strongly recommend. If you want paint on your newly refinished floors, hire this crew. If you want paint on your garage floor, hire this crew. If you want paint on your driveway, hire this crew. If you want paint in your yard/side yard, hire this crew. If you want a half blank job in the house, hire this crew. I could go on, and on and on.
