Said this charge was in my contract,I could not find it! Then was told it was in the app, I asked when I got a copy, could not tell me, nor could they tell me if I received it. Rating 1star only because I can't give negative stars. Follow up. Got my final invoice from AmeriGas. On phone 35 minutes to resolve duplicate billing. Had to reopen account in order for them to correct their billing error. Still want me to pay them to haul of their above ground tank. I told them if they feel justified in charging me to remove their property then I felt justified in charging storage storage of $100.00 per day until they did remove. Took them 50 days to come get it. Their rating is justified. I suggest you take these ratings into consideration before doing business with this company

But both are good sources. On the other hand, this Ace Hardware doesn't always have what I want, the pricing is at least 10-15% higher, the selection is not as good.... BUT- yeah, you knew there was a but... I have to say that the people(family?) that work here are incredible!! Helpful, go out of their way to make sure you find what you need (without being obnoxious), offer suggestions, laugh and smile. These are real people doing good work in a meaningful way. Not sure how you feel about that but to me, I'd rather reward people like that and not some corporate giant. Plus, Ace is 4 minutes away and easy to get to with parking at the door. Lowe's and Home Depot are 20+ minutes away- easy choice. Five stars!!
