When I called back to inquire as to why he never came, his front office said I canceled the appointment and promised the Deon would call me back. That call never came. I had to hire ANOTHER company and pay $125 for them to clean my carpets again. They got the stains out no problems. Save your money and go with someone else. This company's poor performance can only be beat by their poor customer service.

The guys were very efficient. My unit had a slow leak that required freon. AaronAir was very understanding of my financial situation and gave me options, ie add freon yearly or replace the unit all together. They were able to service my unit until I had saved enough money to replace the unit. Regretfully, the owners of AaronAir moved and the business is no longer available. I hated to see them go, they were fantastic!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH AARON AIR In March/April…read moreof 2017 these guys came and recommended my upstairs unit be replaced...they came out and took forever trying to get the outside unit to function...one of my neighbors actually had to come over and do a voltage test to identify the problem as to why the unit wouldnt work...next they didnt have the tools to finish the in attic installation that day. Thy came back and eventually got the unit installed (but now my door bell doesnt work) FAST FORWARD TO SEPTEMBER OF 2017, my bedroom ceiling starts leaking, and ultimately a huge gaping hole developed causing major damage to my roof b/c the in attic unit was improperly installed and had the drainage pipes at an incline (even I know water doesnt flow upwards) I called in for a repair and the phone attendant, argued that it was my fault and I should have noticed that something was wrong with the unit before it flooded my attic---but ultimately the owner came and apologized and re-installed the unit and also added a drain pain (that should have been installed intially), now here we are ONLY 8 months later and my unit is OUT OF FREON ...called their service number again and was told that it is my issue and I would need to pay again.....NOW ANY HOMEOWNER KNOWS YOUR UNIT DOESNT NEED TO BE CHARGED WITH FREON EVERY COUPLE OF MONTHS....my downstairs unit has only had freon added 2 time in the 7 years i've owned my home...this has been a terrible experience and I wouldnt recommend anyone do business with these guys.

I reported this missing mattress and other items in November 18 by calling the Manager Christelle Larang, who never got back to me. I called again in January in which I was then informed they DID NOT conduct an inventory. I filed a police report in which DK also admitted to the Sheriff investigating the report that they DID NOT do an inventory. DK then sent me a termination of contract agreement so they would be absolved of any wrong doing. I signed just to be done with horrendous company who will NOT take any responsibility for their negligence and not doing their jobs at the owners expense. Furthermore, I currently have tenants that DK has now put in the middle of this mess. When reaching out to them, I asked if they signed an inventory list acknowledging no damage to existing house or property and acknowledging all of my personal property in the house. The current tenants informed me DK never sent them an inventory list to sign acknowledging such things. DO NOT HIRE unless you want them or renters to steal from or damage your home as DK will not take responsibility unless you sue them in court! WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT in Southern Pines/Pinehurst/Aberdeen area. DO NOT trust this company to care for your home, as they will not.

Jeffrey and Johnathan arrived very quickly. These men were very professional and not only fixed the problem, but checked and rechecked several times to be sure everything was operating as it should be. They were familiar with the particular faucet model and knew how to take care of the issue quickly. Several years ago, another Premier employee came to replaced the toilet tank hardware in 3 toilets, did efficiently, and the charge was very reasonable. Premier gets my highest recommendation on every level.
