I once even paid a car insurance bill for a friend and they were happy to help. (she had given me her bill and a personal check, I just dropped it off and they gave me a receipt). Their prices were fairly reasonable, which is truly the only plus. The customer service is severely lacking. It is like pulling teeth to get someone to help you. The employees seem annoyed when you ask them for any assistance. Do not ask anyone to call you back, because they will not. Heaven forbid you ask to speak to Mr. Reimels himself. He never called me back either, when I tried to expedite matters. The staff was completely incompetent and could never answer any of my questions without putting me on hold for an extensive period of time or saying that they would call me back ... which they never did. They also wanted to fax and postal mail everything, when I asked if I can email them. Prehistoric measures do not cut it in these times. I require an insurance company that will address my needs in a financially reasonable and timely fashion. I do not think that is asking too much. That same day I got a text saying "Hey ______, if you want I can...." he was trying to "hang out"... I ignored it.. he sent a few more texts, called and then Whatsapped me. I finally replied telling him no...that I'm basically not interested (I probably should have called him out for what he was doing but it was so surreal, uncomfortable and weird.) I didn't hear from him for a few months but he just texted me again saying the same things...and he mentioned living close to me...which means he definitely remembered my address... I'm pretty sure this is a A *PRIVACY BREACH*. his name is "Arth". I think that's just a short form/nick name of his full name. I don't know who to contact about this. I met with Rich Rubin and we discussed what my particular goals were, how much liquidity I required, etc. I like that he presented a few options that were catered to my needs. I've heard from friends about other groups that promote a certain investment vehicle to all of their clients without hesitation. These are rocky times for investments, but Rich and I invested my money in a place that is safe and will give a nice return. I'd recommend Rich Rubin and Janney Montgomery Scott to anyone!

I spoke with a female who assured me that my appointment was booked after a little bit of a back and forth trying to find the right time. I walked in and guess what? The fool didn't book my appointment after all! I recognized her voice as soon as she she greeted us and told me I didn't have the appointment. I repeated the conversation verbatim as she looked at me then looked at the floor trying to disown her mistake. She consistently tried to get me to come another day and at two different points I did let her know that I knew it was her. Not even an apology! Own up to your screw up. BE COMPETENT, LADY or else just stick to greeting people and get fired for looking up stuff on YouTube while you're at work!
