This is the worst bank I've dealt with in years. They have these little hidden fees and rules that…read moreevidently are not bendable. Their app is not complete at all, one can't see or download statements or see payments due on accounts. That caused me to miss a less than $5 minimum home equity loan payment by one day, which they of course reported as a late payment to the credit bureaus, spiraling my score down almost 90 points! I complained at the branch, they reimbursed the $35 late payment fee, but could not (or would not?) reverse the credit bureau report. I even disputed it with the credit bureau, but they confirmed the missed payment. So now I have a late payment report on my credit report for SEVEN YEARS! All for a less than $5 charge. I also had a checking account with direct deposit of my monthly social security check. But as that payment date is the 3rd Wednesday of each month, there were some months when the deposit wouldn't hit before the statement closing date, thereby causing a monthly $10 service charge. The bank rep could not figure out how to change the closing date or make a note on the account, so I closed that account. This all happened close to 2 years ago, and I'm still mad about it...
