Neil absolutely fit that bill. He talked us through every single step of the way, pointing out different components and ensuring that we had ample time to ask questions while we were in the home. He pointed out what different items were and even how certain items can be maintained. He shared safety tips with fire extinguishers, fire alarms, and CO detectors.
