It usually takes me over half a week to pack and be stressed for over a week, but Diego and his 3 teammates packed up our studio in 2-3 hours. They're so professional. They moved so quickly with care and accuracy. Most importantly, all my kitchen appliances were wrapped with care and delivered and arrived to my new apartment in the same condition. Before they even arrived, I got a tracking link to follow their location just like Uber, which immediately made me feel at ease. Crisanto and his crew showed up right on time and were incredible. They worked quickly but carefully, wrapping all of my furniture and somehow managing three giant mirrors without a single issue. Not one complaint and not one moment of stress. What really stood out was how above and beyond they went. They helped me figure out which part of my couch would actually fit in my space, laid out my rugs, and organized everything so I could still move around my studio comfortably. During the move my wife had to put our dog down because she became sick that day and they had NO supervision. My wife became agitated at the incompetence of the crew and then Marty (lead) said " we shouldn't even have done the job for you" They damaged numerous pieces of plates and cups and my IKEA standing desk does not work at all. I am totally pissed off about the lack of leadership on the move. I worked for a moving company years ago and you have to have a COMPETENT OPS manager on site to ensure with the customer that all will be handled professionally ----they did not. My desk is still not operational and I am disgusted with the move and by the way it was move of 12 minutes total with an easy PU ...and easy delivery point.
