The builder did not have the water on and the AC was no working at the time of the inspection. Keith stated we could call his office once the builder had the items up and running for a re inspection. The re inspection would be an additional fee, which I was willing to pay. We have called and emailed several times and NO RESPONSE. Even after making contact with the office staff who ensured me of a call back.... Crickets! This is NOT a company you can trust with the inspection of your home. Steer clear!! I called them and set up and appointment and the serviceman who may have been the owner arrived to do the inspection. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection, he told me of a potential future issue I could have, due to the proximity of trees to my drain field. He instructed me on some tips to maintain my system and then the clincher. He said I did not need to have it pumped out (an expensive bill I was hoping to avoid) and said based on there only being two of us, hat it could be a while before I needed to have this done. I paid him and he went on his way and I was a happy and satisfied customer, knowing that this is the company I will call when I have a problem. There is just one more thing to say, Dave is an honest guy who takes his work very seriously. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL / DOES NOT WARRANTY WORK…read more I hired Alex to fully renovate our newly bought 2300 square-foot house, including new floors, walls and ceilings and a few other small projects and paid him over $25,000. He and his team did an OK job but the problems we soon discovered were: 1) they had used the wrong paint on the doors and all of the door started appealing within a few weeks. 2) Also, they came back to touch up the walls but used the wrong finish paint and now the house is full of spots that reflect with light. 3) However, the real issue is he was also hired to paint/epoxy the garage floor. Unfortunately, it started peeling within months and then he told me it was because we had an EV and we did not tell him about it. After consulting with Sherwin-Williams rep, they said that was not the problem. It was not finished right. Alex said he would warranty the work and came out to patch up some of the spots that were peeling. Those spots quickly peeled right up. On top of this, Alex had asked me to fully remove everything from our garage, which took me over five hours to move by myself. He then told me he would be coming back later to fully refinish the floor in which I needed to remove everything from the garage once again. I had moved everything outside and wrapped it with tarps as it was raining that week and he never showed up. So I had to move ALL of our items both out of the garage and back in for no reason. I have back issues with the pending back surgery and after this I could not walk for three days. He then told me he would be coming out at a later time (Third time visit ) to fix the floors and for me to again to remove all the items. I did not do any moving this time knowing he has not showed up before and once again he did not show up. At this point in time, he does not answer any of my messages and has also stopped responding to the Sherwin-Williams paint rep who provide all the materials and he said he needs to do the job right. Based on the not best quality of work and the fact that he simply does not warranty his work and will stop answering your emails - I would highly recommend to find another dependable contractor. I will no longer be working with Alex again.

Dale Shoemaker is one of the owners and came to our house to evaluate. He went on our roof as well as into our attic to see if there was any major damage or possible issues due to hail or wind. While one of the people who quoted said there was wind damage, Dale was very honest and said some of the roofing tiles were extremely worn as shown by the amount of particles in the gutters. What I really liked about him is that he said "honestly you can probably get 1-2 more years on this roof without any issues". No hard closing. He offered us extended warranties and could start as soon as we received approval from our POA. His price was reasonable and in the ballpark of others. They take credit cards, but also charge an additional 3% for that service. Brody from RGR called my wife once we had an approval to set up the job. The first thing they did was deliver the materials to our home and drop it on a pallet. Once they started the job, there were between 8-10 workers onsite. In one day, they fully demoed the roof, repaired any damaged plywood, layed down the protective layer and started applying the roof. They were completely done in less than 1 and a half days. The second day, they finished and detailed some of the corners and overhang. They went around the yard with their large magnet to collect any loose nails. Our neighbors have commented on the speed and quality of the work.
