However, they never moved any water lines, and I had water lines coming from the floor in odd places for the sink, and toilet. The flange was not in the right place height or distance to put in a toilet, and most upsetting of all.... I now have a shower that is off center! The tile guy just came in and tiled... but the plumber was the one caused the issue. I was not there during the project (live out of town) and believed that at the $$ I was spending... I was good to go. Also, Luke/Rebecca partnered me with a "shower/tiler" installer, who left with 50% down, and the 25% of the job he did complete, had to be 100% redone. Later, after I was dressed and leaving the bedroom area of the house, I was met with the same greeting, now coming from the guest bath! After having had a previous, very favorable engagement of his services--I called Boyd again! I told him the problems and we set an appointment. It was great to see that big, new, silver solution roll up to our house. Boyd sprang to work and got underway. A brief time later, we were back in business within the house with the system performing great. What is over and above for Boyd, is the depth of knowledge he has.
