Sod was installed on Friday and was already turning brown on Saturday. I followed the watering instructions exactly as advised to. Called my lawncare company on Saturday to take a look at it. They stated and documented that it was "one of the worst sod jobs" that they have ever seen. The sod was not green when originally installed and was installed with patches of dead grass from the first day. I decided to give his company a shot even thou he was a small business with very little reviews. He also stated that my palm tree was dead and needed to be dug out. I consulted with an arborist who stated that my tree is fine and just needs more time from the cold winter. Billie is very unprofessional, defensive and a poor business owner with poor work ethics. The quality was definitely not worth the price that was paid seeing as they couldn't even clear the debris from the trimming. They even informed me that the trees were ant infested and left the debris by the house for days.
