Moon Valley Nurseries landscapers installed 2 palm trees and 2 plants as we had arranged. This was…read moreon Friday February the 13, 2026. The crew was fabulous and the crew supervisor Alexander was the person in charge. He and the crew did their best. On Saturday morning my wife noticed one of the palms trees was leaning to one side and didn't liked it. Carolyn called Alexander, answered right away. Alexander listen to her concerns and explained everything would be taken cared of. Carolyn then called the store and with in minutes she talked to 2 of their top personal. Also a supervisor called her back and told her if she was not 100% satisfied they would replace the tree. Monday morning the 16th, without us knowing, Moon Valley delivery truck pulled up to our home with a new tree. Just as before Alexander and the crew went to work replacing the leaning palm.
