If while they are taking down trees and a tree falls on your house, they are absolutely terrible is getting repairs handled. I was fooled ONCE buy a company with an almost identical name as ON budget tree service, they butcher mu trees did a terrible job cleaning up and they took 3 days to to a job that the real ON budget tree service took 1/2 a day, rude and charged me extra & separately to haul off the debris . " ON BUDGET " is the BEST! I learned my lesson and it cost me plenty. An elderly neighbor lady had budget tree come to remove a small dead tree in her front yard. budget Tree gave her a price of $300 after the tree was down but not cleaned up they told her the clean up and haul away fee was another $400. $700 total!!. she refused to pay the $400 clean up fee And called ON BUDGET TREE SERVICE who came out and cleaned it all up for $200, gave her a very nice canvas shopping bag, we're very understanding and polite. read more

On Budget Tree Service is truly a professional business. Teresa arrived on time to give us the estimate, and as requested, broke down the estimate so we could pick and choose what we wanted doing. We then had different ideas, so she gladly came back to the house and wrote then emailed the new estimate. The day of work was started on time with a crew of 3 and Teresa met us before the job started, to make sure we were all on the same page as to what was being done. The crew were all polite and knowledgable about each tree and where it should be cut back. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work that was done, and the crew even did a couple of small favors without charging more. Don't make my mistake! I talked to Teresa about getting a tree taken out. It was on the property line and right in the way of a fence being installed . I sent her pictures of the tree to be removed. NOT AT ANY TIME did she say that the neighbor's fence would be an issue in removing tree. They cut the tree down to where stump was sticking out of ground. When I called her and told her that would not do, her response was " the tree was cut down to the ground". I ended up digging around it so the guys could cut it lower to ground. They DO NOT do stump grinding. I should of questioned on the exact procedure of the removal instead taking their web page at face value on the experience they have. For $375, if I'd known that the stump would still be in way of fence, I would of kept on trying to find a tree company that could take the tree out properly. read more

I used this company to remove 2 trees from by back yard a job they quoted me would take 3 days, 10 days later they finish the job. The one day I was there I watched them show up at 9:30 and by 10 am the owner was sitting on his but because he was tired. ( that was what I was told when I went outside to ask why). Also they inconvenienced my neighbor for the 10 days because they would not get off his yard. Then they left a tree ( after they said it was cut per instructions) so I had to have come back out and cut that down because they could not follow directions.
