I was charged an extra month's rent even though I had canceled and I had called the manager, Eban Foster, after I had not received a response to my email. Eban started the phone call by laughing at me and told me that there is a lock on the unit even though I had photos that said there wasn't. He told me that if I wanted to talk about this further I had to come down to the office and hung up on me. When I arrived at the office, he was sitting at his desk but had placed a handwritten note on the door that said the office was closed. I ultimately had to contact Story County Sheriff and my credit card company in order to get this corrected. Avoid this company.

This Company CareFree movers with horrible delivery service and forget about the Customer service…read morewhich is non existent. They lost my bed along with some specialty tools and box of wrench set. How does some one loose a Bed? It shows the incompetence and lack of respect for the clients items. There is no customer service. When I tried to file a claim they provide you a different company number and then they have you wait a few months followed by "sorry we are no longer going to help you " is the result for my attempt to follow the system. Now it's been almost 10 months and I can't' even get in contact with any one. The phone goes to voice mail or it automatically hangs up on you.
