In making a claim to the insurance you pay for monthly at this storage, the insurance wants photos of the possibly damaged furniture. This rodent infested storage company will not monetarily assist with removing my furniture to obtain photos, nor have they offered to move my belongings out and address their obvious rodent infestation. Instead, storage management provides a copy of your contract that purports to absolve them from any responsibility in this matter. It has all of the features most storage rental areas have, 24-hour access to your unit, first month basically free, clean and well-lit area. The customer service provided by the staff was good. The only thing I would have to say would be it was a bit pricey, but this could just be due to the location or the time of year or even availability of units. (Price may change, I do not know).
