We got a drive up climate controlled unit and it is really clean, the temperature and humidity have been maintained well. The staff is fantastic and they are open 7 days a week which is super nice when getting payments in or if you need help with anything. They were even able to get us a 2nd unit right next door to the first one, which has made moving into the units so easy! I would highly recommend AAA Storage. I was charged an extra month's rent even though I had canceled and I had called the manager, Eban Foster, after I had not received a response to my email. Eban started the phone call by laughing at me and told me that there is a lock on the unit even though I had photos that said there wasn't. He told me that if I wanted to talk about this further I had to come down to the office and hung up on me. When I arrived at the office, he was sitting at his desk but had placed a handwritten note on the door that said the office was closed. I ultimately had to contact Story County Sheriff and my credit card company in order to get this corrected. Avoid this company.

He was great at working with my Mom before the move in getting her boxes, changing the moving date, dropping off stuff to my Dad's room in a separate area of the building, and answering all of her questions! The day of the move they were all kind and careful with belongings. My sister and I actually had fun the day of the move and helping these guys get stuff done quickly!
