After booking the appointment Hillary reached out asking if I had any hair inspiration photos and she listened to all of my likes and dislikes and came up with the perfect color recommendation for balayage. There was a second worker there sitting with no customers. There was no offer to re-book appointment even though I was late by a few minutes. This is not the proper way to treat a new customer which I clearly stated on the phone when I made my appointment. I am new in town and this was a really unpleasant experience.
