Kianny truly elevated the experience. She included a relaxing scalp massage, a lip treatment, and other thoughtful touches that genuinely blew me away. It felt both results-driven and luxurious. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and glowing. She even took the time to sample another machine on me so I could feel what laser hair removal is like -- such a nice, informative touch without any pressure. This place is truly a hidden gem. WARNING: Nouveau Derm Medispa ruined my life!!! For over a year, my life has been a revolving door…read moreof doctors, specialists, and emergency rooms. I am now disfigured and scarred. This is all because I received filler injections at the Nouveau Derm Spa in January 2020. A well-known and respected plastic surgeon, an MD dermatologist, and an MD infectious disease specialist all agree that the injection was not done correctly on right side of my face. Sadly, it was only after the damage was done that, I learned about Dr. Windt's reputation. Several doctors expressed exasperation when I told them what happened. Those physicians said that Dr. Windt was kicked out of Exeter Hospital, so he then reinvented himself as an allergy specialist and opened a Spa office for his daughter in the same building as his allergy office, NouveauDerm Medspa in North Hampton. In January 2020, it started with filler injections I received at Nouveau Derm Spa. I had bruising from the injections which continued for a week, then after 8-9 days my face started to swell so I went to Urgent Care because it was a Sunday, where they put me on antibiotics and said I need to go see Dr. Windt. Owner & Physician at the Spa, in the morning. Dr. Windt said he didn't really see any problem and that it was just allergies. He refused to take any blame and told me to take probiotics. In February/March I struggled with the side of my face drooping, my PCP called it Bell's Palsy and I was put on prednisone. Without the prednisone my face would swell right up making me look like a monster. In April, I still had Bell's Palsy and swelling, but now a very large lump had formed to the side and just below my eye. The nurse said that the normal pathways of drainage in that side of my face had been disrupted, resulting in the selling and drooping. In July it the same thing but now a large red blotch is appearing on my face. The swelling and drooping still comes and goes about 2-3 x's a month and are swollen for about a week. To this day, there is still swelling and drooping but now there is a large red scar. Friends recoil in horror when they see me and ask "what happened to you"! Nobody at NoveauDerm every contacted me to see how I was doing or showed any compassion for what they did to me.

I had also disliked how deep my tear troughs have always been. since i was little its like i looked like i had been working 16 hours a day! I did research though google and instagram and ended up loving Kelly's work. I DMed on IG asking some questions in which she answered thoughtfully. I felt comfortable going to her for my first visit. Scheduling was wonderful and easy. The front staff was wonderful, Maya was very kind! Upon first seeing Kelly she went through by medical hx in detail to make sure i had no contradicting conditions/meds that would interfere with what i wanted. She explained botox vs my severity of TMJ and her recommendations of how much she felt would be helpful on a first time visit. As well her suggestions on my underage filler to achieve the desired look I wanted. I had initially thought just filling the tear trough would improve my undereye (which it did) BUT, to get the look i ACTUALLY wanted she explained how medial cheek and mini cheek lift would get the look i pictured in my head. Like she read my mind! She understood my description perfectly and made it come to life. The process was painless. She used a numbing cream on injection sites. It was quick and over before I knew it. She asked how i was doing through the entire process. Educated me on post care and possibility of bruising or swelling. Fortunately for me i only had 1 teeny bruise under my eye at a injection site that went away in 2days. Its been over a week since my visit. In that time Kelly has reached out a few times to check on how I've been doing, and i really appreciate that. I feel its amazing personal attention/care and it honestly couldn't be beat! I couldn't be happier. Im still shocked how i didn't do this earlier. I work nights, 14 hours 3 days in a row and I look v tired after the week is over. I don't look tired anymore!! I look awake, and fresh. Glowy even. As for my TMJ, its too early to tell. Kelly said 6-8 weeks i should feel a difference. I love Kelly, she is knowledgeable, comforting, fun, understanding / helpful and gave me all the information and more that i needed. The facility is clean, and the people are inviting.
