7/9/20 update: I love this place even more. I had my first botox and filler experience here yesterday and the staff was amazing. I am not so great with needles and actually ended up passing out. I was so embarrassed but the staff was kind and caring and assured me it was not a big deal. I was still able to get my lip fillers and Botox. Kelly was my injector and she did an amazing job. I can't believe the difference from just 1ml. I will never go anywhere else, I'm so pleased with her work! The only thing I would change is the injectors are not full time so booking is usually 1 month out :( ---------------------------- So happy with my laser hair removal thus far. I had gone to another place before and the pricing was crap compared to here and it was IPL not laser. The prices here are so reasonable. I've had two treatments so far and the hair on my legs is already not going back in a lot of the areas. The treatment is quick, and the location is clean. read more

I have been going to Ariya for almost 4 years; I was happy with my Botox and filler done by Kelli Richardson. Kelli was great: stylish, knowledgeable, very caring about her patients needs. Unfortunately, Kelli moved away, and I needed to reestablish with a new person in their spa. I am 60, and have seen my chin diminish and get "orange peel" appearance. I have a minimal double chin, but am losing definition between my jawline and neck. I received an ad about a new dermal filler for jawline and chin- it was the answer I was looking for! I called to schedule an appointment, and asked who was the most experienced at this procedure, and was told Amanda. When I came for my appointment, Amanda took photos, and I told her what I was looking for; she told me she would do my jaw, but, in her opinion, I didn't need filler in my chin. I was not looking to have a witchy poo pointed chin, I merely wanted a little umph to ad a little volume. . .she completely refused! This would be a good time to mention that 1 vile of filler is only 1/3 of a teaspoon ( it wouldn't make a significant difference). After she had put 2 viles of filler in my jawline, I noticed that the placement of it actually made my jowls more accentuated. I paid and left, but it really bothered me. A couple of hours later I called to speak to the office manager, Lauren, about my experience, and how I felt that Amanda hadn't listened to me. Lauren wanted to speak to Amanda, then get back to me- which was fair. The next day Lauren called me back, and we had a pleasant conversation. She looked at my before and after photos from the day before, and said she could see what I was referring to about the jowles. I asked if I could get the injections to dissolve some of the filler, and asked if they were going to comp me for the cost of that vile; Lauren told me she would ask the clinics director- but she was sure that wouldn't be a problem. I scheduled to come back and see who Lauren recommended. When I came to see Amy, she wasn't very pleasant, and I got the feeling I was being treated like a bad student going to the principal's office- not a loyal customer that wanted a problem fixed. I was told by Amy that she had seen my previous photos, and, why did I think I needed chin filler. . .wait, WHAT??? I mean REALLY- I wasn't asking for a big Brazilian butt lift, or seriously over inflated lips. . .why was I getting the third degree? Feeling like I was getting nowhere, I conceded to just get the comped vile of filler in my lower lip. As if things couldn't worse, Amy says," what are you talking about, you aren't getting a vile comped!" At this, I was DONE! I was wasting my time and SANITY on a situation that was not going to get resolved. Over the holiday weekend I calmed down, and decided to call Lauren and give Ariya one last time to redeem itself . My conversation with Lauren didn't start well, with her denying she had told me they would comp the filler, but eventually she offered to ask the director if they could reimburse me for the filler. I didn't get my hopes up and- with good reason. . .only this time it was the director that called. Not only did he refuse to reimburse me for the vile of filler, he asked me why, if I didn't want filler in my jowl area, hadn't I stoped Amanda as she was putting the needle in? And to this I replied," Have you ever tried to talk when someone is sticking a needle in your face?" That is crazy!!!! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder ( within reason), but whatever their reason for not wanting to put 1 vile of filler in my chin, it cost them 2 customers ( my daughter saw Lauren there for IPL), and hopefully you will think twice before scheduling at Ariya. read more

I have been suffering from TMJ for quite some time. It hasn't been until recently that i haven't had any relief from massages or oral appliances to relieve my jaw pain/popping, I did some research and read the benefits of botox for TMJ. I had also disliked how deep my tear troughs have always been. since i was little its like i looked like i had been working 16 hours a day! I did research though google and instagram and ended up loving Kelly's work. I DMed on IG asking some questions in which she answered thoughtfully. I felt comfortable going to her for my first visit. Scheduling was wonderful and easy. The front staff was wonderful, Maya was very kind! Upon first seeing Kelly she went through by medical hx in detail to make sure i had no contradicting conditions/meds that would interfere with what i wanted. She explained botox vs my severity of TMJ and her recommendations of how much she felt would be helpful on a first time visit. As well her suggestions on my underage filler to achieve the desired look I wanted. I had initially thought just filling the tear trough would improve my undereye (which it did) BUT, to get the look i ACTUALLY wanted she explained how medial cheek and mini cheek lift would get the look i pictured in my head. Like she read my mind! She understood my description perfectly and made it come to life. The process was painless. She used a numbing cream on injection sites. It was quick and over before I knew it. She asked how i was doing through the entire process. Educated me on post care and possibility of bruising or swelling. Fortunately for me i only had 1 teeny bruise under my eye at a injection site that went away in 2days. Its been over a week since my visit. In that time Kelly has reached out a few times to check on how I've been doing, and i really appreciate that. I feel its amazing personal attention/care and it honestly couldn't be beat! I couldn't be happier. Im still shocked how i didn't do this earlier. I work nights, 14 hours 3 days in a row and I look v tired after the week is over. I don't look tired anymore!! I look awake, and fresh. Glowy even. As for my TMJ, its too early to tell. Kelly said 6-8 weeks i should feel a difference. I love Kelly, she is knowledgeable, comforting, fun, understanding / helpful and gave me all the information and more that i needed. The facility is clean, and the people are inviting. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I am not overweight just had a small pouch in my lower abdomen from a surgery. The assured me Coolsculpting was the way to go. 4,500 dollars later kidney pain and a body that is completely changed for the worst. I look like I am 7 mos pregnant. Long story short they brushed me off said they had never seen this although looking at before and after agreed I was a lot bigger. They never did anything I have never received any compensation for this. As a result I met with a surgeon who knows all to well how bad Coolsculpting is. Informed me more people than not have this adverse effect. The only way to reverse the expanded fat cells and inflammation is surgery. I am having an out of pocket corrective 4 hour surgery this week for a whopping 12,000 dollars. Please do your research and stay away from this place and Ariya. read more

I went to Ariya for Cool Sculpting. I took advantage of a special offer that gave me one treatment for $600. They told me I'd probably need more than one treatment for this particular area, which I could understand. After several months there was no result at all, so I scheduled a second treatment, which involved two devices, so I was charged $1200. A year later there is absolutely no difference at all. The owner was very rude in my conversations with him and made excuses. The staff were lovely and kind. read more

I had coolsculpting done about a month ago on my "love handles". I can already see the difference. The Ariya staff members were very pleasant and professional, and they all made me feel very comfortable. The procedure room was very clean. I would highly recommend Ariya.
