I told them I was having difficulty with the previous homeowner's oil delivery company. They came out to service my oil tank - even though I was outside of their delivery area. An addition problem was found with my heating system, and they called in a furnace repair tech to correct the problem. They had my heating system up and running in no time. The owners wife (Ann) was so patient and caring on the phone. They went above and beyond for a new customer - I can't say enough about them. This all took place on a Saturday morning to boot. Decided I didn't want to use this service. Asked to be billed. DEMANDED that I give my credit card…read moreinformation or he'd call the cops. Told him again to bill me. Once again threatened with cops. Offered him $160 in CASH. Told me it was $180. Gave him the cash. He called me a fucking dyke. And then yells it at me. Basically stole my money and then proceeded to insult me. Would not, under any circumstances, suggest connecting with this person. Also threatened me with a law that didn't apply, so must not be the first time he's done something like this to a customer. Steer clear. ADDENDUM: Called the cops on me for harassment. Officer Carter, specifically. Threatened by a fucking dyke who doesn't have his address but he has mine‽ Christ on a cross.
