Second, during the planning phase, Prime Design provided a comprehensive list of decisions we needed to make--from flooring and countertops to every light fixture and faucet. Weeks later the painting and repair was not done, he had resorted to requesting early payment, would show up to work only part of a day and then vanish if paid a portion of the money. Said he would hire a subcontractor to help with the work, but in the end seemed to possibly have used his girlfriend on a single day. The quality of the paint work (though unfinished) was extremely poor, with overspray everywhere that never got cleaned. When we complained about the overspray of the latex paint, he claimed he would clean it up with paint thinner (impossible) but then never did.

I received a phone call back within a half hour and was told that a tech would be at my house within 2 hours. A little more than 4 hours after my initial call, I had water in my house. The people on the crew that came to my house were kind and professional. They explained the well pump problem, what the solution would be and then how I should proceed after they completed their work. He asked if he could add branches and debris from neighbors tree onto ours, and he would come to remove in a few days. My mistake was to trust him. He took the money and ran. My neighbor and I called, texted and emailed him but never received a response. Needless to say, we had to hire somebody else to come and remove the huge mound of Debris. I do NOT recommend hiring Brian. He scammed us!
