The Marleigh Retirement Residence is quite poorly managed. Its staff seems to consist some very old seniors and mostly immigrants in the lower level. Some of them are laid back, rude and not competitive. It's overstaffed but with very low efficiency.
The present short, dark skin receptionist is ill-mannered. She loves to chat with visitors in their own language by her work station.
There are a lot of waste in the building, including food, manpower and others. Even the diapers that they chose do not fit in all body type, unlike the nursing home's.
They run huge promotion. If a place is really good - there should be line ups.
It'is the worst place I ever come across in terms of human rights in Canada. They give you a smile when they can expect money from you. They are rude to people, like contractors. They constantly give unreasonable command, restrictions and intimidation.
Some residents are totally dissatisfied and frustrated.
