Brian understands how to take preventative measures when it comes to sports as he is an athlete himself. He has done the iron man, triathlons and marathons so he gave me great tips on how to prevent injury to my upcoming marathon run. I had originally gone in because I had sharp pains shooting down my neck and into my back. I was able to walk out being able to turn my neck without any pain. I love that she is trained in multiple practices providing a complete treatment plan. She is also keen on keeping up with the latest research which I appreciate as things are constantly changing. She is also super patient and takes the time to answer whatever strange questions I come up with through my obsession to Google everything. After all, everything you read on the internet is true ;) I'll admit I used to think these types of treatments were a little hokey in the beginning but the thing I find the most amazing about my visits is when she tells me what I've been feeling before I tell her based on my pulse and a couple of questions. Sometimes the walkin times can be busy, but how good they are combined with Ontario health care delays. Just plan for it as they are worth it.
